I just ran into this location to pick up some bathroom accessories, a level, and to see if I could find a nut for my light fixture (as I lost the one i had). I did not catch the man's name ( i think his name tag might have said kitchen.And bathroom dept, and he had a mustache) but he searched several locations of drawers of junk, to find a spare nut for me So that I did not have to buy a whole thing.
I was very appreciative of that service!

Just amazing! 3 ladies working yesterday at the front and they were all so helpful to my husband and I. Dana in particular helped us with many things, she has great product knowledge and taught us a bunch of things about birds/feeders, water fountains, garden stones, garden mats and what to look for, firepits, and hoses and hose reels/holders. I think we asked her about everything and she was an expert at it all. Thank you so much! Will definitely come back soon.

I’m not sure of his name, but the man who helped me and my mom today had great customer service helped us with our baseboards and even got a cart for us and went out of his way to help us find nails as well. Compared to my experience at home depot last week the customer service here was beyond exceptional.

I bought a 5-gallon bucket of paint, and they never mixed it. Tookforever to mix by hand still paid full price. Thanks. Apparently, the machine wasn't working...

I went there again today and the price on the wall as advertised wasn't given to me. The manager came up and told me they wouldn't give me that price it was old.... I gave this place a second chance never again... don't be lazy and change your price tags

Take your lumber business elsewhere. We bought one piece of plywood that needed one cut. My husband specifically said how he wanted it cut and the manager cut wrong and proceeded to swear and tell us we were wrong. Returned it after that and took our business elsewhere.

I’ve never seen so many employees not working

No one would help me and all I had was an order of lumber to pickup.

after 45 minutes of no one helping me and 50 people in line with only one cashier. Eventually the yard employee Kayvon escorted me in the store and got me sorted out. In a store with so many employees doing absolutely nothing this man was however exceedingly helpful
