Fantastic job painting both the exterior and interior of my mobile home!! I am completely remodeling it so I am dealing with a lot of different contractors and Justin and Todd have been amazing to work with. They are responsive, showed up as promised, and worked around all the other construction going on in the place. The paint job looks great and very competitively priced! I couldn't be happier working with them and highly recommend the company!

I hired Rich to level my mobile home. He is fast, friendly and professional. He took pictures under my house and explained to me everything he did as well as educating me on what I had and what a good job other contractors did for me. I highly recommend Rich’s Mobile Home Service. I called one time for a consultation, and Rich was so helpful and generous with his time. He answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. He didn’t try to upsell me which I value greatly, it speaks to his integrity. He explained to me how I could save money on what I needed to do and pointed me in the right direction even if it meant him losing out on a potential sale. He spent a good thirty minutes on the phone with me and didn’t charge me a cent. I will definitely be using his services for any future manufactured/mobile home needs and will be recommending him to everyone I know. Thanks Rich!

Justin from Rich's came out to re-level and tightened up several loose pier blocks and fixed two that were missing. He also inspected the tie downs and found them to be in great shape. He was very professional and explained everything clearly and completed the job quickly.

Mom mother, 92 years old hired this company fix a crack in her ceiling
The completed work was unacceptable. She was told if there was any problems they would come back and fix it. My sister has reached out about a month ago with no resolve, they have never even come and checked their work. I am down from another state. I called and was told this was what she paid for. I asked if this was work he would except at his house. He basically hung up on me. I feel my elderly mother was taken advantage off.

Recently Rich's came out and re-leveled my mobile home, replacing all the base pads and adding extra supports as needed. He also cleaned up an existing mess left by plumbing repairs that left the underneath fiberglass pulled out and the undercarriage exposed. He added insulation where needed and resealed all the areas in question. After calling several other companies referred to me by others and getting no responses I found Rich's through the internet. My call was returned within hours and the work performed the very next day. It was a very uplifting experience and I'd highly recommend their work to anyone in need. This fits recent ads I've heard lately saying "You might not call me first but I'll be your last call when you do." Do yourself a favor and give them a call first.

Rich came to help me level my new tiny home in a horse pasture. He showed up when he said he would and got the job done quickly. He also guarantees his work for a year and has been out one more time already to re-level the home as it settles. Highly recommend!
