I have a job that keeps me very busy, so I was relieved that Renovation Realty took the lead on all aspects of the end-to-end process, including handling the home inspection during the sale process, and removing years of accumulated furniture and belongings from the home prior to the renovation. I was impressed with how hands-on the owner, Keith, was at the key points in the process. And our realtor, Diane Margarini, was a proactive communicator and also very pleasant to deal with!

Great company to work with if you need to sell and want renovation work! I had a small studio condo that my husband and I wanted to sell. I lost my job (I'm in tech) in January and have been out of work ever since, except for side jobs. As much as I loved my place, which had gotten pretty trashed in the past year due to the HOA's crazy endless balcony project, it was time to sell. Fast forward back to when I was jogging in North Park, and I saw a BEAUTIFUL renovation done to an older home. I was blown away and when I saw their sign, I thought I want to work with these people I need to check them out!

Long story short, I met with Griffin and Andrew (my realtor). They were very patient and professional. They gave a great presentation, and as of yesterday, my place closed escrow.

This company is the real deal. My agent, Andrew Plante, followed up with me every step of the way through the process. My husband, who is a picky customer, watched me work with them, and he is thinking of having this company help him sell his place when it's time.

My review is coming from the other side of using Renovation Realty. I bought a house that was listed by Renovation Realty. They put $200,000 worth of renovations into this house. It has beautiful bathrooms, a modern kitchen, new flooring, new carpets, new paint, the whole shebang. They do a really nice job of their renovations and it is the reason we bought this house. It looks so good!

The reason I am writing this review is because of the follow-up work that they have done for us. Renovation Realty has a 1-year warranty on workmanship. Their renovations are great but when a house is being renovated as quickly as possible to sell, some things get missed along the way. This is where I was really impressed. There was an outdoor light fixture that wasn't connected to the switch. I called Renovation Realty and was put in direct contact with Griffin who is the owner and oversees construction. He had an electrician out the next day to connect the light. I mentioned that a couple of the bedroom doors were scraping on the new carpet that was installed. Griffin had someone come over a couple of days later to shave down the doors. One of the shower doors needed to be adjusted because the glass was making noise when opening and shutting it. Griffin had someone come out the next day to adjust it. I have never dealt with a company or contractor who has been so responsive and actually follows through. Just to be clear, they will only come and fix things that they have worked on. They do not charge for these fixes. Do not hesitate to buy a house from Renovation Realty. They will take good care of you so you can have peace of mind when buying from them.
