Todd and the whole Renova remodeling team were absolutely incredible to work with. We had an idea of what we wanted to do for our Kitchen remodel and showed some inspirational pictures to Todd. Todd took our ideas and ran with them, coming up with an amazing design concept. His design vision was apparent the first time we met when Todd started discussing what he thought our space could look like. He presented ideas that we never would have thought of on our own. When he presented the bid he had a complete spec book with all of the finishes he was proposing to use along with full concept drawings. Todd came to our house to present his bid and took the time to go over the entire spec book and contract details to make sure we didn't have any questions. Once our project began we were impressed with the entire Renova staff and subcontractors that were used throughout the project. Todd held everyone to a very high standard to make sure the project went as smoothly as possible and also made sure everything remained on schedule. You could tell that everyone enjoys working together and shares Todd's high level of care to make sure no detail is missed. We can't thank Renova enough for taking our dream for our kitchen and turning it into something even better. We would highly recommend Renova Remodeling to anybody considering a home kitchen renovation project.

The quality of work is very good. Curtis and Brandon, our project managers for the job pointed out things that made sense and things that didn’t make sense or things that were just not worth doing because of cost and timing. They went out of their way to help us receive and install household items, materials and all new appliances (etc.)

They may take a bit of time to respond to queries but will get back to you and make sure it’s done and done right.

They still help with miscellaneous items even after our renovation was completed. We were happy overall to have used RENOVA as our general contractor and for our renovation project.

When we were searching for a contractor on Angie's List, we came across RENOVA after seeing their high ratings and glowing 5 star reviews. After meeting with 5-6 different contractors and getting estimates, we felt the most comfortable with Todd and Jordan at RENOVA General Contractors. Although RENOVA did not provide the cheapest estimate for our project, they were however, the most honest and helpful. We quickly realized that they understood exactly what we wanted for our remodel project, and did not try to upsell us or convince us to do more work than our budget was allocated for, like many other aggressive contractors have done to us. RENOVA even gave us helpful advice on how we can save costs on this project, recommended materials to purchase, updates needed to pass city code and the permitting process, and answered all of our questions regarding the project details. After a background check that turned up clean and checking with their references who gave sincere positive reviews, we felt very comfortable and trusting of RENOVA to do our complete remodel. Once we started the project, we worked directly with Todd and Jordan and their various crews. As stressful as any remodel project can be, they were consummate professionals and managed the entire process smoothly. They were always on time, always responsive, courteous and respectful, efficient, and great at solving unexpected problems. From day 1 to the completion of the project, they were on task and did an excellent job all around. We had a very tight timeline to get this project done, and they not only stayed within budget, but also completed the project on time without issue. Todd, Jordan, Jennifer and their project managers Brandon and Curtis and the enjtire team were just awesome to work with and we highly recommend them for any home remodeling project. It's not often you can come across such sincere and hardworking people, so we're very glad we picked RENOVA. Based on this experience, we will definitely hire RENOVA Contractors again for our future projects.

RENOVA and their crew did an amazing job with our home remodeling. They were extremely professional throughout and considered every aspect from costs to comfort to finish with regards to our project. The words “not possible” never came up when we had a request. Obviously cost will be an issue at some point, but you always have a choice, and if you decide to get it done, you can be assured that they will complete the task(s) with the highest quality and workmanship. Throughout the entire project, we were briefed on every aspect that requires additional cost before they hit, and a schedule and photos of the job as it progressed were updated regularly.
