Quality of Work: The permits were approved and our materials were delivered in perfect succession. The craftsmanship was excellent. The team demonstrated strong attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the roof was addressed, from minor repairs to major structural issues. The final result looks not only durable but also aesthetically pleasing.

First and foremost, the owner, Emmanuel, is an honest, genuine and consistently grateful human being. He sets the tone for the entire process, and it emanates through every morsel of their work—from personnel to workmanship. I cannot praise their integrity, punctuality, discipline and ethic enough.

Communication: I was impressed from day 1 when Emmanuel came to do the initial estimate. I’ve probably had a couple dozen contractors here over the past 4 years, and half of them never even called me back after visiting or sending me a lackluster bid. By end-of-business the same day, Emmanuel had a detailed, itemized and honest estimate for each room in my home delivered to my inbox. Once they began the first phase of the job, every single evening before the next day of work, I had a call or text letting me know what to expect. Emmanuel runs a tight ship, and he makes the process easy and reliable for the customer. This goes a LONG way in my book.

Workmanship: these guys are simply top notch, and it’s in their name. They left my house cleaner than they found it originally, which is impressive and wildly unexpected. They laid the floors throughout my entire home and not a single tile is out of place, not a single plank is warped or crooked. While we only tackled the floors in this first phase of my project, I understand they can do just about any home building or remodeling job—and I would wholly trust this crew to do any job here at my home. I look forward to tackling these next couple of phases in the next several weeks.
