We were very impressed with Quality Floors and More. We had over 900 sq ft of engineered hardwood installed, including stairs. Ray was very informative and got us a fair price. Demo and install went smooth. Omar and Juan did an outstanding job! Mess was kept to a minimum during demo (but it is a construction zone). Their attention to detail during install was exceptional. They showed up on time and were very efficient. Those guys are pros!
Don't hesitate using this company... we'll be going back when we're ready to replace some carpet.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had with Quality Floors. HIGHLY recommend them. Troy was easy to work with. He was flexible about timing for measuring and install. Our floors look fabulous - the product and quality of installation were outstanding. But even more importantly, Troy made a suggestion that resulted in us buying a little less laminate flooring and in favor of keeping the original wood stairs. It was absolutely the right recommendation AND it earned him our trust FOREVER. We will definitely call Troy and Quality Floors when we are ready to start working on the next room in our new (to us) house!!

We had a wonderful experience with Quality Floors! Ray was great to work with, and understood that we had a tight timeline to get new flooring installed in one of our rental homes before our new renter moved in. From the time we went into the showroom and selected the flooring to having it all installed was just a little over a week! We are extremely happy with the professionalism and outcome, and will highly recommend them!

We recently used Quality Floors and More to replace the worn builder grade carpet in our bedrooms and flex room with engineered wood. We needed it to match the wood already in our living, dining, and study areas.
Troy, who manages and closely oversees the flooring installation, helped us pick wood from a supplier that looked nearly identical to what we already had. He came and measured our rooms and advised us we they would use skim coat concrete in the rooms to level the surfaces and to make the new wood planks level with the existing flooring. Our installation went smoothly, and the installers were careful when moving our existing furniture around to work. We are very happy with our new wood floors and recommend this company for their high quality work and their desire to please their customers.

All carpet was removed and replaced with matching tile in other areas of my home. The two men that did the work were professional and did a beautiful job. Brandon, the owner, was easy to work with and the pricing was fair. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience working with Quality Floors and more and the owner Brandon. From start to finish, Brandon was extremely patient with all of our questions. He wasn't pushy at all and encouraged us to take as many samples as needed and take our time deciding. When we finally moved forward, the installers worked hard to get the project done in a timely manner. Our new floors look great and everything went smoothly. I definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future when we decide it is to replace the upstairs flooring.
