My first experience with Pro Source was in 2017 when I needed new kitchen flooring. I was very pleased with everything from start to finish.
Seven years later I wanted to replace the carpeting in part of the house. I went to Pro Source and again I am happy with the excellent service and product. Ricky helped me. He guided me in picking out a beautiful carpet and at a very good price. He also gave me recommendations for installers; I chose to work with Bill Opdyk and his assistant, Gary Meagher.
Bill was very positive, knowledgeable and professional. He kept me informed as to what was happening. Everything went so smoothly. Bill was punctual, efficient, worked non stop, did an excellent job and cleaned everything up each day. I appreciated his explaining what he was going to do and what needed to be done. When there was a choice of more than one way to do something he always explained my options.
I will return to Pro Source again. Thank you for another positive experience.

Not a great place to buy cabinets,
Don’t waist your time and money with this guys, specially with jimmy the salesperson,bunch of lies,poor quality on the cabinets,he told us that the cabinets where made in the usa,I don’t think usa made this kind of quality ,,lies,lies and more lies,,wow jimmy,in construction we don’t cheat customers,,,i hope you learn from this
Homeowners don’t believe this guy!!!
He took a month to get back to me for some samples of tile for one of my customer and the thing is that i get bad reputation because of him,,wow jimmy,,,

My wife and I recently purchased a home and needed new carpet for a couple of the rooms. We searched around and got a few quotes and were blown away how expensive it would of been through those companies. We were turned on to Prosource by a family memeber and boy were we glad that they did. The carpet itself was such a high quality and at such a better price than the other companies. This place is absolutely amazing. I never knew about this place until my floor guy told me to go here to look at flooring. I was absolutely blown away by the selection of flooring and carpeting they have available. The staff was very friendly as well as helpful. Visits are by appointment and referral only which actually is nice because when I went I was the only customer in the show room. The entrance was a little hard to find but not too bad. I would also recommend bringing someone with you as I found the overall selection to be a bit overwhelming by myself. Overall a fantastic place and I'm excited to have a new floor soon. I'll also be getting my carpet here

Pro-source has been my Go-to business for about 10+ years now so this review is long overdue. I was referred by my cousin Aaron who has been a union flooring installer for over 30 years.

I’d like to give special recognition to Rocky Narag. He (and his entire team) have been great- however after working directly with Rocky He has quickly become my personal consultant.

As a landlord and property manager- in addition to running a small handyman company, rocky and his team have proven to be a huge asset to our success.

From carpet, to laminate, luxury vinyl tile, padding, waterproof luxury vinyl plank etc. They carry it all and can source just about anything. Their prices are not only competitive- but they can usually beat the competition!!!

Just recently I had a client who was in love with a product from costco. Which was good material LVP. They liked the price which was already very good but I insisted they check with Rocky at Prosource.

Not only did they find a better product, with a longer wear guarantee but it was also much thicker plus water and scratch resistant for the same price... I liked it so much I’m putting it in my own house now

When I came back to confirm it was what I wanted for my personal property, Rocky came through AGAIN with a promotional sale that was going on. Then- he worked with my timeline to coordinate the sale prices around my construction schedule, delivery and install timelines. I let him know I needed some time before I could make space to pick it up from his warehouse and he is holding it for me now!

Rocky also has tremendously valuable insight asking questions such as: who’s house is it going in, is it a rental or a personal property. Do you have pets. Is this a home being flipped and sold. Is this a condo that requires soundproofing, is it being installed on a concrete slab versus raised foundation versus upstairs etc. Things most people never consider.

Thanks to his insight my home is now quieter than it’s ever been due to the thicker material and pad he reccomended. I hear less squeaks upstairs, less noise, footprints etc.

Regardless of who you choose to work with at Prosource- from the sale team back to the warehouse crew they are an amazing team of locals whom I will continue to support and refer.

Thank you Rocky Narag for always having my best interests in mind regardless of the project. Your expertise and advice has saved me, my family and my costumers thousands of dollars and also allowed me to sell jobs while giving my tenants and customers the best product and value!
