I highly recommend ProSource and hope to use them again in the future. They have a giant, but easy to navigate showroom. I worked with Amanda, who was very consultative and helpful in finding my tile and grout. She was communicative and made sure everything was delivered smoothly.

I visited ProSource to look at carpet and then several months later, tile/stone. It seems you pretty much get permanently assigned to whoever you talk to who puts you in the computer first, so both times, I worked with one account manager who was very accommodating about helping me check out as many samples as I wanted, but not very helpful otherwise to the point where I felt uncomfortable because it seemed like I was annoying her asking for information and suggestions. Both times, I also ended up talking to Jonathan Heibert, first time was when I dropped my carpet samples by and wanted to see others but my account manager was out that day. He was SO helpful. Very nice, extremely knowledgeable, and seemed MORE than happy to help so I felt totally comfortable asking questions. He was fantastic! ProSource does have a lot of products from a lot of manufacturers so there is a good bit of variety and I really liked that. They had a large sample of a tile I'd been looking at online but couldn't find anywhere locally so that was awesome! I would recommend checking it out, just make sure you click with the person you let enter your information in the computer to check out samples because that will be your person for everything then.

I have used ProSource for years for my interior design clients. I have worked with a number of sales associates there. This week I need a last minute appointment and had the pleasure of working with Darice Randazzo. She is apparently new to Austin, but was working with ProSource in another state for a number of years. Darice was able to quickly help suggest selections that fit both the style and budget for my client's project. She is friendly and offered great alternates for discounted options. She has a great eye for design and really knows the different lines that ProSource carries. Wonderful experience and she was super fast in getting the samples checked out and emailing me all the information. Highly recommend Darice and will definitely be working with her again.

When I arrived at ProSource I was promptly greeted and assisted. Met my contact Keith V. He is wonderful. We already knew what we wanted in our flooring remodel. I shared that information with him, and he presented me with the samples that met what we are looking for. We discussed the product and he offered information about the difference in products. He encouraged and invited me to take a sample home, to get the feel of how the product will look in our home. He is fantastic, I have his business card, and I look forward to working him with again.

We had purchased a large amount of floor tile, which was a pattern that ProSource had in the past. The sales lady said that we could have the material in less than 3 weeks, 10 days if I am quoting her correctly.

We ordered the tile material, which was a large quantity of tile. Then, about 1 week later, we were told it would take 3 months to receive this tile. Previously, we had been informed more than 2 times that it was a stock item and would not take long.

This is not the first mistake that ProSource has made on their products.
