I had my hot water heater replaced by Precision Mobile Home Repair . Gary & Danny were quick to reply and got er Done .
They were very professional, fairly priced, and all around good guys to do business with. I would highly recommend them.

I will change my rating when we can get ahold of someone. Edit: finally got a call from Gary (probably because I Filed BBB complaint about having an appointment scheduled then being ghosted)

Was supposed to have a technician come today at 9am, no one showed up and we can’t get ahold of anyone.

Gary just called me. I let him know we found someone else and don’t need his services. He said Ok. I asked why no one showed up. He started rambling on about how we rescheduled our appointment and he called us 3 times to confirm. No, what actually happened was we called on Friday to see if we could reschedule because we had something come up. No one got back to us about rescheduling, so we didn’t really have a choice but to find someone to be there since our appointment was bright and early Monday. So, my FIL came over and waited until noon. No one showed up and no one would answer numerous phone calls. Gary told me (around 1pm, 4 hours after scheduled) he didn’t come cause we called on Friday to reschedule and that he called us 3 times trying to reschedule for this Thursday. Once again, no one from precision made us aware they received our voicemail, and Gary did not call us. What is your excuse for not responding to any of our voicemails today? None of the “hey where are you?” Voicemails did it, but they “hey I went ahead and filed a complaint with the BBB so hopefully we can get a response from you there” warranted a phone call within 5 minutes. Obviously he got all our messages, and clearly we were trying to get ahold of you. I called him out on his lying and his response was “well you already found someone else so”.

For anyone considering using precision, just know that he gets your messages even if he doesn’t respond. He did not call us 3 times so I’m not sure where that came from. Communication with this company is terrible. I went ahead and filed a complaint with the BBB. You should be hearing from them soon. Hopefully, in the future you will *actually* respond to other customer voicemails. We can’t read your mind.

Gary and his son are absolutely wonderful. The price for my new skylight and roof repair was more than fair and the work was done quickly and with precision. If you are in need of an honest, knowledgeable contractor please save yourself the headache and high cost and call Precision Mobile Home Repair. He has a new client for life in me and I know you will be pleased with their exemplary service!

Gary and Danny do top quality work, without nonsense or drama. I have "never" had contractors do such great work in a timely manner and fair price. I would recommend them to everyone looking for quality and honesty. I would give them 10 stars if possible! They even cleaned up after themselves!! What more could anyone ask for!!!

Gary replaced the storm door and brick mold on my house. Very respectful and hard working. Gary is very trustworthy . Did the job even when I was at work. Job was done well and the storm door and brick mold looks amazing. I will use Gary again.

Wont give a written estimate for a $350.00 dollar job.
That to me is unprofessional, the estimate protects the contractor as well as the customer.
I would not recommend any contractor that doesn't do written estimates for any job.
Find someone who will back their work in writing
