We had an amazing experience at Ozark Mountain Bagel Co! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They did a great job catering to my dairy allergy with no problems whatsoever and the bagels were great.

They had a 2024 goal board for you to write on. I wrote about getting married this year and before we left the owner or manager (not sure)brought out this nice handwritten piece of marriage advice. Just an overall wonderful experience.

First time we went there, there was a problem with our order. I returned and was met with a “Can we remake that for you?” That wasn’t enough for the team at OMB. They quickly remade the sandwich and then refunded my entire order (Did not expect that). If anyone is looking to understand how GREAT Customer Service works, follow their example. Thank you so much OMB. You’ve got a customer for life with several growing mouths. Again, great job on taking care of the customer. You exceeded very high expectations!!!!

We tried this bagel Co for the first time around 10:30 am. We love supporting local businesses and try to choose them over chains as much as we can. With that said, no matter how much we wanted to love it, unfortunately we were very disappointed.
The staff and service was great! However, the bagels, cream cheese, and cinnamon roll were a huge let down. The bagels were thin and dry.
We ordered an asiago bagel sandwich with bacon, egg, and cheese. We could barely taste the asiago, and didn't care for the microwave bacon.
We also ordered a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Neither of us could taste the blueberry at all. It may as well have been a plain bagel. The strawberry cream cheese was really pink, but also tasted like plain cream cheese. I honestly couldn't finish it. (If anyone is wondering, no we don't have any taste issues from COVID! Everything else we have been eating and drinking has plenty of flavor.)
We ate the cinnamon roll around 2:30pm the same day at home. We warmed it up to give it the best chance possible! The icing was great and plenty of it! However, the cinnamon roll was also dry and very mediocre.
As other reviewers have stated, we also wish they posted prices. I was going to get a coffee, but didn't know how much they were so I passed.
As much as we wanted to love this bagel Co and choose it over Einsteins and Panera, unfortunately we will not be back.

We wish them the best and hope they make it!

On a Monday morning as I'm craving for bagel went to try this place. They got gluten free option so I have taken toasted gluten free bagel with chives and onion cream cheese, it tasted good. I like their window seating and they greet customers well. I like their tag Spreading Joy Love and Cream Cheese it was my morning motivation ❤️

The bagel sandwiches are a great choice. An Everything Bagel with Bacon, Egg, and Cheese +Veggies is my favorite.
Veggies are $0.10 extra.
They serve 3 types of local coffee as well from Onyx and Airship.
If you’re not feeling a bagel, they also have regular sandwiches and pastries too!
*Tip: Go at or before 9am to make sure to get what type of bagel you want. They tend to run low on options around 10-11am.

If you are in the NWA area and you like bagels you need to check out one of the OMB locations. This is the one I’ve been to most frequently, and while battling traffic on Walton Blvd can be a pain, it’s well worth it to get their awesome bagels. They are just as good as the bagels I’ve had in NYC, which tracks since that is where the owners are from. Note that they do give a generous schmear, which is also NYC authentic. Always good, always great service. Just make sure to get there early before the stock gets low or they sell out!

Great place to stop for your bagel cravings - all the flavors!! You can tell everything is fresh. It came to us piping hot and even a little cheese pull. Staff is very friendly. Plenty of seating. They weren’t too busy on a Sunday morning and got the food super quick. Only wish they had some speciality coffee drinks BUT it’s not a coffee shop - it’s a bagel shop and the bagels are amazing! Bonus for killer tunes and fun merch.

I great place to get bagels, bagel sandwiches, muffins and cookies. They also serve fresh coffee! A solid breakfast option.

The place was clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and personable.

Our family will be back when we are in the area!
