Ottawa Refacing updated my old doors and drawers with a new, fresh Snowball white shaker style doors. Rod was a fabulous technician, extremely detailed, thorough and friendly to have here. Angel was thorough with his initial suggestions and quote. The whole experience was great and I highly recommend working with such a great company. Both Angel and Rod were always on time and finished on the agreed day. Fabulous!!

*edit - job was completed last week and I am quite satisfied with the results. The installer was very good it was just difficult getting to the end.

My kitchen was supposed to be completed last Friday and the installer had to leave early due to a family emergency. Fine, no issue there. However when they were expected back Monday, nobody came. Its now Wednesday and still no progress.

We leave for vacation on Friday and still need to get our kitchen back in order before leaving. Very stressful experience for my wife.

The main issue is they had their week planned out too far ahead, lack communication, and don't prioritize. Since my project wasn't done on Friday as expected, they continued onto a new job Monday as planned, rather than finishing the one they already started.

Can’t say enough good things about the Ottawa Refacing team. We just had our kids closets redone with custom inserts to maximize their bedroom space and now that they’re installed they’re perfect. Taylor worked with us to pick the design, colour and handles and Evan did our install with such incredible precision you’d never know there was anything else beforehand.

I’m really impressed by the way Evan finished off my daughter’s room as she had a very odd angle to work with right at the edge of her closet. I wasn’t sure what could be done to make it look seamless, but Evan worked his magic and it looks wonderful.

Ottawa Refacing just installed our new cabinets, they are beautiful and were a very good price. The price quoted was the price we paid! Geoff did a great job with the removal & installation. Angel, our contact/sales/design person, was very professional and answered all our questions in a very timely manner. He also had a team of trades people he recommended (if you wanted/needed), which we used, and he was able to help coordinate dates with them so the installation of everything went very smoothly. The trades people he suggested were very professional as well, and did a wonderful job. Our kitchen was completed in less then 2 weeks, which involved the removal & installation of cabinets, new quarts counter tops, new under cabinet lighting & installation of a microwave/fan over the stove, and the installation of a new dishwasher & faucets. My small kitchen is now so inviting and lovely and the renovation took only a few days. My children were delighted when they visited at Christmas.
