Mr. Davis was the only person I called who wouldn't give me a quote without looking at things first. He came in, his quote was incredibly reasonable compared to other companies. He was back with his crew the next day and in 3 hours my home was level, my doors shut, (he insisted on making sure they were all closing correctly), no more gapping in my doors, got the crack that was forming in my walls to where it's almost non existent and will be easy to fix, and gave me some amazing advice to remedy a few other issues I was having. Incredibly personable and someone I can say made me feel comfortable. As a female I often run into people that don't expect me to know anything about my home or home renovation. Mr. Davis never once spoke to me as if I didn't or couldn't understand. Have already passed on his info and will continue to do so every opportunity I get.

They have installed doors and leveled my home, my daughters home and the in laws and have done a fantastic job from start to finish. They treat you like family. And to the review who said they won't give estimate, I have always gotten estimates and it is always spot on.

I have been able to use On The Level a few times. One day, I noticed a raccoon go into my mother-in-law's roof, and luckily we were able to get a hold of On The Level, and they were out here in no time to repair the roof.

This company is great!!! they did more then just level my home. They checked my Roof, floors and all of my doors and reset them to open and close properly and other small thing that needed to be fixed with no extra charge. I have used this company many years ago to level my double wide. I was pleased then and still very pleased. The price is good very good for the service they give compared to other companies. I guess they sent contractors, but trailer is more unlevel than it was to begin with. Front to back looks a little like Noah's Ark. The check was made out to some woman's name...

Update: 5/13/2023 Our floors are not, were not, buckled or warped. Whoever the guy was, which I spoke to about it while they were still here, denied there was a problem and tried to tell me that's just how the trailer was built. Horse hockey. SMH. Both ends of the trailer are higher than the rest of the home.. like a banana boat. You'll never convince me that's how it was built. I knew after talking to the guy that I had no chance of getting them to make this right. So I didn't even bother.
