Nick and the team did a fantastic job of replacing our old bathroom.
In my experience, they are a highly organised and professional team who are very customer focussed.
Nick made the design and visualisation process very easy using some excellent design software.
From installation start to finish, they had at least one member of the team working on the project every day, hence the work was completed very quickly (approx. 2 1/2 weeks total).
We had to change some of the tile colours after the tiles had been delivered and Nick dealt with this issue very quickly and at no extra cost.
Our bathroom now looks and feels amazing. Thanks NG Bespoke Team, great job!

Nick and his team were brilliant from start to finish, transforming a dated and shabby bathroom into one that is modern, timeless and stunning. At the design stage Nick was really helpful with ideas and plans (there is so much choice!). From start to finish all the lads were polite, friendly, professional and hard working. They kept us informed and involved at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble, even trawling through their warehouse to individually select tiles which matched to get the right finish. I tasked Nick to design a new en-suite from scratch as well as fitted wardrobes in to one of the larger rooms in our property. Nick came back quickly with 3D CAD images and a quote and we were hooked! A design meeting followed shortly after where his expertise for practical tiles, bathroom trends and general sound advice made the project feel more real and we were chomping at the bit to get going. The project lead, Lee, then took over and the new room took shape quickly with the help of Mike and Dean. Everything went swimmingly and it wasn’t long before our eldest son was basking in the glory of his new shower! Carl came in shortly after to fit the wardrobes with bespoke desk and everything was seamless with decorating and carpet fitting. We were so delighted with the result that Nick has replaced our existing master bathroom and just finished fitted wardrobes in the master bedroom. Every project has been completed with a touch of class and I can’t recommend Nick and his team highly enough.

We’ve just had three of our bathrooms done by Nick and his team and we couldn’t be happier! The whole process has been seamless from initial consultation & design and the effort and professionalism he and his team put in throughout the build was absolutely second to none. We spent a long time looking for someone who was able to design a premium bathroom for us and Nick worked closely with us to ensure that the design was exactly what we wanted, and would work for us logistically. I’m a real perfectionist and the quality of work more than lives up to my high standards. It’s the little touches such as each night cleaning up after themselves and leaving everything very neatly away which made the stress of having bathrooms renovated that much easier. The team were friendly and approachable and extremely respectful of our home. We have already recommended NG Bathrooms to a number of people and will be using again.

Nick and his team recently renovated my kitchen and utility room and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I was apprehensive during the design phase as I found it difficult to imagine the way I’d like the room to look, but all I had to do was tell Nick how I wanted to use the space and give him an idea of the colours and styles I liked and he was able to come up with an incredible design which looks great but is also extremely practical. His team were always professional and went above and beyond for us, staying late and starting early in order to get the job done. It is hard work having people in your house and particularly having a big job done like a kitchen but Nick and his team felt like part of the family by the time it was finished.
