Though the entryway off Bluewater Highway can be hard to catch (no large sign, just a driveway with the small address marker) there is a good sized parking lot for this conservation area, along with a good trail map and a toilet. The area has four loops of trails that are all parallel. Doing the outer loop of the area is a little over 3km so it is a comfortable distance, and by doing the individual loops you can easily do more. There is some nice variation in the trails from coniferous trees and hard pack ground to a swampy area with a long boardwalk and an area with the meandering creek and hills full of deciduous trees. It is well shaded in the summer and a good wind shelter in the winter. Most of the trails are wide enough to have two adults comfortably walk side by side. Overall a really nice set of trails if you are in the area.

What a beautiful gem. Loved this well planted, forested spot. The person who planted these trees knew what he was doing. Delightful to see what a matured re-forested area looks like. Some of the largest Tamarc trees I have ever seen in Southwestern Ontario. Was a delight to discover in the fall, it wil be amazing in the spring with the Tamarc budding and birds. Not a big walk, but a great place to learn your trees. Easy walk, hill in one section. A great example of a well planted forest. Thank you to the gentleman noted and his life time passion and care for this property. His talent is seen in his passion.

A hidden, private, and majestic gem of a trail! Great for hikers of all experience levels, even the furry friends. Took our fur baby Kash here for her first nature hike, and she did amazing and loved every minute of it. There were only 2 other couples walking the trail on the Wednesday afternoon, which made the experience even more serene. There were a few garter snakes along the swampy marshland areas, but otherwise unbothered. We will definitely be back to try the longer trails!

Well marked and maintained trails. Not a long walk. Maybe an hour. And not a difficult trail.

interesting trails marked on the map in different colors. inside a meandering river with several bridges. many places are impassable after rain. beautiful places to walk. small parking lot for several cars.

Incredibly well marked trail once you're inside. However, there is no entrance sign from the road so its a very difficult park to find.

Nice hiking trails, moderate difficulty with uphill climbs and some boardwalks. The bathrooms are primitive
