We were very pleased with M.L. Construction. Reasonably priced and do excellent work. My 2 bathrooms were very outdated and in need of a complete remodel. Martin had some great suggestions and I was able to contact him easily when needed. I am especially pleased with my tub to shower conversion. It turned out beautiful, as did my 2nd bathroom. Thank you to Martin and his hard working crew of Fernando, Eric, Hector and Jorge. I highly recommend M.L. Construction and will definitely call Martin for any future projects. ~Luisa

I wanted to express our gratitude to Marty at ML Construction. Marty and his team, have done an amazing job on our remodel. They remodeled our kitchen, bathroom and installed wood flooring through out our house. I am amazed by the quality of work and attention to detail these guys provide. I love the fact that ML Construction is a family owned company, so it makes it easier to communicate with questions or concerns. Marty is very honest and upfront. I would definitely recommend ML Construction for my future home remodel projects. PS my daughters thank you so much for their costume beverage bar.

My bathroom was outdated, lacked adequate storage space and was not aesthetically pleasing. I contacted ML Construction and sent photos. Martin got back to me promptly and we scheduled an appointment at my home for a consultation. The proposal and project timeline he provided was fair and I agreed to get this project underway. Martin and his crew were on time every single day, kept in constant communication regarding progress, and completed my project well within the time frame quoted and at the agreed upon price. My bathroom turned out great. I now have a bathroom I enjoy with ample storage. I will definitely be utilizing ML Construction for future projects. UPDATE My children wanted to design our loft around a fireplace. After purchasing the fireplace, I contacted Martin to bring their vision to life. Martin and his team hit it out of the park. They built the fireplace surround, added stone, cabinets, countertops and shelves. I added photos to this post because I’m not tech savvy and don’t know how to create a separate post. Just wanted to share the wonderful work Martin and his team completed in my loft.

Martin and his team just finished the remodel of my bathroom. Hector did an amazing job on the tile. I am extremely happy with the result and I believe ML Construction is one of the best priced and most thorough remodel companies out there. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again.

My 2017 builder grade master en-suite was fine but I wanted to create a spa-like retreat on a modest budget lol. I received several quotes and in the end my husband (also in construction) felt confident in M.L. Construction (Martin). We were thrilled how quickly Martin had his team ready to start demo! Jose, foreman, and his crew worked long and hard to get my master bathroom en-suite done in 2weeks ( it took 2.5 weeks because they had to wait on material I ordered via online). Jose didn't let that slow him down he would adapt accordingly and always remained very pleasant & professional. In fact, his whole crew was just amazingly hard workers! My husband & I LOVE our master en-suite and we feel joyful walking into our own little retreat! I LOVE our curbless shower as well as our sleek shower enclosure! They did an AMAZING job on the herringbone pattern on the floor that just compliments my stand alone bathtub they installed. I want to say thank you to the crew because they were all such hard workers and polite! Sadly, during the time construction was going on ...my husbands mom passed away suddenly. M.L. Contruction finished the work they quoted us but my husband & I held off on crown moulding & painting (as you can see in pics). I will call Martin yet again once we are better.

Martin and his crew did such an amazing job on our kitchen remodel. Very hard working , professional, respectful and easy going For my husband and I what really stood out was that Martin was true to his word. I am very happy with my new kitchen. We would highly recommend M L Construction.

Martin and his team did a great job remodeling the bathroom in our condo. I called him on a Thursday and he was able to start work Monday. He was always easy to communicate with when needed. No complaints! Great end result for a great price. Thank you.

Martin and his team did a great job with my complete bathroom remodel. Not only did everything turn out beautifully, but they even finished ahead of schedule without cutting any corners. Here is a list of everything they did: - tub to shower conversion with 2 niches installed - installation of new shower system - glass shower doors installed - installation of bathroom fan & recess lighting system - plank floors installed in bathroom & bedroom - base boards installed in bathroom & bedroom - ceiling fan installed in bedroom The best part of the entire process was finally finding an experienced professional team that I could rely on. I look forward to bringing them back for my next big project.
