If you are visiting them for servicing of your vehicle and you need to wait for a long then I suggest you to go back home or anywhere else. They are more focused towards selling of vehicles rather that customers coming for service. You will have to ask for even water and tea if you are sitting in the lounge which is for customers.

Went for a test drive of XUV. Was welcomed by the receptionist and was asked to wait for sometime since all the executives were busy. I was attended writhing short time. The sales executive took 10 minutes to complete the formalities and took us for test drive. The car was not sanitised before use. The sales executive was Corona proof. He wore his mask in the neck and kept coughing and sneezing in an air conditioned car. Pathetic and a real health hazard in these days. They throw covid protocols out of the window. The showroom is spacious. Cars are available for test drives. Parking is ample. Sales executive was clueless about features of car and also not interested in explaining the same. Overall a vast scope for improvement.
