I was hesitant to use LL Flooring due to some negative online reviews I'd seen. I'm happy to say they did a great job! The product is excellent (Sweet plain acacia vinyl plank) and they worked with me on cutting some costs (delivery and demolition). Everyone at this store is very friendly and professional. The installer was similar - friendly, professional, on time and did great work.

Would use these guys for my next project.

Update: I had an issue where a large gap appeared in a very tough spot (2 doorways in the middle of a hallway). I contacted the installer and he came out and fixed it when he said he would. I had minimal materials on hand (only 1 spare plank!), but he managed to complete the repair perfectly. I would give the installer 6 stars if I could!

Besh, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Buying a floor was bewildering to me, but she was patient and worked tirelessly with me through the process.

The staff at this store is very helpful and professional. You can tell they are there for their customers. I have been using this flooring company for decades. Avoid other brands at all costs. Quality is most important and makes installing best.

I was not going to do this review however after looking over my invoice and seeing That I was charged for Two boxes of flooring. I called this store and informed them I was missing a box of flooring and was tolded That There location in Durham Had a box and I had to go pick it up. I explained to them That I work in sales and when I make mistake that I fix it. Need less to say we ended up going to Durham and picking it up and the Gentleman I spoke with Name Damion was nice and told me they would sell me the box for 50% off. I said okay great and Thank you. Well looking over my invoice I charge for 2 boxes of flooring and only received one. And then I had to go to Durham and pick up a box of flooring and pay for it when It was on my original invoice as well as the Invoice I signed when I picked up my flooring. I work in sales, I believe in being honesty. I am not a contractor, I am not knowledgeable in flooring. I dealt with the individual that greeting me when I walked in that 1. I dealt with the individual that put my order together in the system. I dealt with the individual that assisted me in loading my items and not once did he check my items and say your missing a box. And I dealt with the guy who inform me that the Durham store had and extra box. Not once did anybody say you where billed for 2 boxes of flooring like I stated in the beginning when I was asked how many landing do you have on your steps, and I said 2. My advise to anyone triple check you order over, Because out of speaking with 4 people at this Garner location no one mention to me that I was billed for 2 boxes of flooring. And looking over my invoice and the Customer Delivery ticket which I did signed I was billed for 2 boxes of flooring.UPDATE SPOkE WITH A NATALIE WHEN I CALLED THE 800 #. SHE COULDN'T HELP ME. ASK HER TO HAVE OWNER TO GIVE ME A CALL STILL WAITING ON CALL. 8/27/2024. MY ADVISE TO ANYONE CHECK ALL YOUR PRODUCT YOU ORDER FROM THEM.

Don't buy wood here! NOT KIND PEOPLE
I purchased 2 boxes of wood in case I need them and the guy took my information in case I have to return them
and also they give me a paper that said I have 90 days to return,but when I try t return them they told me I have to pay for it because they don't have any returns

LL Flooring was recommended to us by our daughter. Their flooring is beautiful!
