Wow. What can we say about Lomond. Fantastic from start to finish. Initial consultation started with a brief discussion followed up with a house visit and measuring. Second visit we went in and saw their prospective design on the computer, once that was agreed they patiently went round the showroom and picked out finishes with us.
Fit out date agreed, was just a few weeks later, the plumbers Bernie and Craig arrived on time and were really pleasant, tidy and thorough throughout the whole week. Tilers arrived as agreed and the 3 chaps worked the whole day to fulfil that side and did a terrific job in a day with Bernie and Craig returning the following day to complete the job. The small details were included like a carpet bar, toothbrush chargers and collection of all waste on completion.
The whole job was done in 6 days
We never felt pressured or stressed and couldn’t disagree more with the previous negative review
We also felt like it reflected good value for money with quality products.

Lomond designed & completely transformed both of our bathrooms & our kitchen in our home. The attention to detail & vision they had was unmatched. The finished looks were stunning and every single person that comes into our home are blown away by the “wow” that Lomond created. This is an honest review of my experience with this company. I contacted them after seeing a post offering a slot to have my shower room refitted. They advertised the slot supposedly after someone had cancelled. Every other company I contacted is booked well into 2025. I booked an appointment to have a quote before reading their reviews. I then read their reviews and lost confidence after reading about another customers experience. I immediately called back to cancel the home appointment that the owner was coming to do. I was transparent about losing confidence after reading an awful review on their work. It was impossible to cancel as I was spoken over continually and told the review was malicious. I felt extremely pressured into allowing the quote. Unfortunately for me, I put my trust in Lomond due to the hard sell tactics. Please tread carefully!
My downstairs neighbours ceiling was significantly impacted after being flooded from my home on the day the workmen were removing a water tank. Lomond fitted Kitchens and Bathrooms assured me this would all be sorted out and my neighbours ceiling would be repaired, but have now said it's my issue to sort out and I should contact my insurance company. When I said I disagreed, I was told their lawyer would contact me. I paid the bill for the work provided, however, advised I was retaining £500 until my neighbours ceiling has been repaired. If it is not repaired satisfactorily, I will use the £500 to have it done.
The refit was only finished yesterday, so I can't provide any further comments on the work that has been carried out. Read all reviews on all platforms. Integrity is key. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company.

I have had appalling issues to deal with throughout this installation, and customer service has been nonexistent.

The team at Lomond are the best! From design, to fitting to aftercare they were with us every step of the way. I’ve had two bathrooms designed and fitted and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Good of you to get in touch a year after the problems arose in our bathroom fitted by you. However, please get your facts right. The family we bought our flat from had you back to upgrade a bathroom in their new home BEFORE they knew what had happened with ours (originally theirs). They then had problems with the 2nd bathroom you put in for them and you refused to acknowledge it had been Lomond's negligence. Just like us, they got absolutely nowhere! Are you seeing a pattern here at all? The family still lives locally to us, heard about our plight and paid £600 of our sizeable bill caused by Lomond's appalling workmanship. So decent of them!
Did you take a look at the pictures below? Would you describe that as good workmanship? It was a huge accident waiting to happen - human waste dripping down to a garage below.
You should be ashamed of yourselves.

The final cost to fix the utterly horrendous plumbing and wiring plus replace tiles which had to come off and buy a new bath panel - a whopping £1,400!
JUST TO BE CLEAR AGAIN THIS WASN'T MAINTENANCE WHICH LOMOND DON'T DO, THIS WAS THE SHODDIEST OF SHODDY WORKMANSHIP.

We inherited a a beautiful bathroom installed by Lomond by the previous owners of the flat we now live in. It was installed in March 2021. Unfortunately it was style over substance. The fitting from the macerator to the communal waste pipe had been attached to the communal pipe with a small amount of silicone, resulting in a slow but steady seepage of human waste down the pipe to a neighbour's garage below. There were bare electrical wires at both plug and socket.

There was no access to the bath or macerator. Both were tiled over. When we phoned about the lack of access in September 2021, we were told by Lomond that had been the choice of the previous owners.

It took a proper plumber 3 hours to fix the plumbing disaster we found under our bath last week. We had phoned Lomond to ask for help but were told they didn't do "maintenance".

Anyone reading this please be assured this was not maintenance, it was the shoddiest of shoddy workmanship, an absolute disaster in the making. Not only were the plumbing and electrics a joke, Lomond's tradesmen also decided to leave debris, screws, nails, bits of wood and wire plus a lot of other rubbish under the bath. Tiled over bath panel - out of sight!

Please check underneath your beautiful bath/shower after reading this. You may get a shock. We are now waiting for a joiner and tiler to reinstate our bathroom. Those bills along with the plumber's bill will not be cheap.

From the very start Jim and Vera were both friendly and helpful in assisting us with all the requirements needed for our new bathroom. Vera, especially, looked through several books and emailed various page numbers from brochures which she thought suited us.

Bernie and son Craig dismantled and rebuilt the new bathroom very efficiently and tidied up as they went. They were also friendly too.

Dennis and apprentice Jamie, the tilers, were again friendly, efficient and tidied up as they went.

We would highly recommend anyone to use Lomond Fitted Kitchens & Bathrooms
