We had installed NT windows two years ago. Our supplier retired and moved out of state. In the last hail episode, we had windows that needed replacement. I called the factory and was put in contact with Garry at Legacy Exteriors who treated us like old customers and helped us select the right size windows for the replacement. Since one window was part of a three panel “window” I was advised of the best solution. I ordered the windows and the was very happy with the installation team. They fit the three window group and insured they were lined up correctly and the installed the other two windows. They went above and beyond for us and I cannot stress how great the windows are and how well we were treated. Legacy Exteriors will be my go-to as well as someone I would highly recommend for any home improvements to sll

I did not want new windows! So kicking and screaming I reluctantly agreed to replacing all of our windows. I must say the process was much less traumatic than I envisioned thanks to Chris and his crew. They were on time, worked continuously and were very respectful and polite. I am enjoying the windows especially the new easy open one in the kitchen.

Legacy Exteriors did an AMAZING job replacing our windows and front door. Matt was knowledgeable, professional and a great help at choosing what works best for us. The installation was just as good! Chris, Val, David, Angelo and Tim were AWESOME! Their attention to detail was great...from installing the windows and door to cleaning up! I think my floors were cleaner than when they started! I HIGHLY recommend Matt and his team and would definitely use them in the future!

They did a great job cleaning everything up inside and outside. Garry was so easy to work with. He answered all our questions and made sure we were happy. We received estimates from 6 different companies. We thought Legacy Exteriors offered the most and best window & door options to suit our needs at a reasonable price. Matt suggested various options and explained the installation process as we had many questions. We think this might be the first time we actually got what was promised from a contractor and more!!! We just can’t say enough wonderful things regarding Chris and his crew! They were punctual, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They took pride and satisfaction in their quality of work. The crew is proud of their trade and it shows! The windows and door are a much improved addition to our home. Highly Recommend as we are more than happy with our choice.
