Kendal & Company have done 2 major projects for us. A full kitchen remodel and then we had them come back to do the laundry room. Randy and Kelly are both easy to work with and get ahold of. Love their design ideas. I was amazed how our kitchen remodel stuck to a very quick timeline, getting me my basic kitchen functions back as soon as possible. They also are great at solving problems when issues come up, and there is always a surprise or two when doing these large jobs.

Randy at Kendal & Company has been super easy to work with. His communication and follow-thru has been excellent along with all of the contractors they have used. All have been respectful and very easy to work with. We did a master bathroom and closet and being one of our first major renovations, we needed extra care and support along with some flexibility to adjust the plan and decisions as we progressed. Every proposed change was received with a willingness to explore and investigate and some we did and some we didn't...but we were never told no. Randy and Kelly also helped us walk thru the decisions and ensured we could finalize the decisions until we were further into the project to decide once we saw more of the project come to fruition.

All renos have a hiccup and we had only one, but the way Randy handled and managed the situation was great and we quickly had a solution to keep the project moving while still meeting our end vision.

Next on our list is Kitchen 🙂

If you are looking for a company that can actually deliver on time with great quality and realistic pricing - Kendal & Co is who you should use. Kelly - our designer and project manager was simply amazing. Every professional (finish carpender, plumber, electricans, tile person and plumber) were not only good they were fast, friendly and when they left there was minimal mess. I can not say enough about how glad I am that I selected them to do my complete master bathroom make-over.

We'd like to recommend Kelly Hoef from Kendal & Company, who was our project manager for a complete bathroom remodel. She is very meticulous and detail-oriented, knowledgeable and patient. She responded almost immediately to every contact we made and really cared to have the job done well and on time. The whole crew was impressive: competent and personable. If any issues arose, Kelly took care of them. Our bathroom couldn't be more beautiful!

We had 2 full bathrooms to completely remodel and could not be happier with our choice in Kendal and Co. One bathroom down, one to go. The company was recommended by a neighbor. It's hard to find contractors you can trust who are reliable. Kendal and Co far exceeded our expectations. Randy was excellent and basically read my mind in choosing our finishes. Rob was an AMAZING manager so we never had to worry about a thing. Any questions or issues (even if it was our fault), Rob responded immediately. Could not recommend more!

(2.5 Stars) My husband and I recently finished a renovation of our 3 bathrooms. The work that was done was all done well. The end result is beautiful. All of the workers that came to our house worked efficiently and treated our house respectfully. While we are happy with how our new bathrooms look, however, we still came away from the project with pretty negative feelings toward the company. Their communication with us and with each other was terrible. What we were told would be a 3-4 week project ended up taking two months, mostly because Kendal forgot to order our cabinets. We couldn’t reach the salesman we’d been working with for several weeks leading up to the start of the project, and we didn’t know why. We were also told the wrong start date for the renovation, and only found out the correct date a few days in advance, after we’d already rearranged our schedules to accommodate the other date. Throughout the renovation, we worked hard to make sure our anxiety-prone puppy never had to be alone in the house with workers – but one day near the end of the project, a crew showed up without any prior notice after both of us were already at work, so there was nothing we could do to prevent the one situation we wanted to avoid. They also forgot to do some final detail work in our largest bathroom, and left all of their garbage behind until we called to ask them to come clean it up. We will not be considering Kendal & Company for future renovations.

Rob and team did a fantastic job remodeling our Master Bath, and Laundry Room. They also did a few extras by updating our half-bath, installing hallway cabinetry, and installing new lights in our main living area. The quality and workmanship was excellent. We were in Florida for 7 weeks while Rob and team came in and completed all of the work. He provided weekly pictures/or Facetime updates. We highly recommend Kendal & Co.
