It would be impossible to imagine a more competent, brilliant, detail-oriented and just plain fun contractor than Kasper Custom Remodeling. From the beginning to the end, every detail was executed exactly as planned. The materials selected with the help of the Kasper team are of high quality and expertly installed. The Kasper designers were extremely helpful in the elements such as color and style, with the result that my newly remodeled house is even more beautiful and functional than I could have hoped. In short, I highly recommend Kasper for anyone who wants expert, honest, kind people doing their jobs with skill and love for the process.

Our house is a typical Dallas ranch house built in 1969. It had various update and repairs that a house of this age normally gets. Different owners, different eras, and different design tastes led us to decide on a major remodel of the house. Who to use? We used the internet and had a few come out. One was very expensive wanting a large some of money for design work alone. Another said they could do it for a fraction of what we knew it should cost. A third kept offering free trinkets to sign without providing a budget. We became very frustrated with the process. We realized the answer had been under our noses for years. Kasper Custom Remodeling has been working in our neighborhood for years. A neighbor’s remodeling project had a Kasper sign. It was the last call we had to make. The initial meeting with Steve and crew gave us the confidence the project would be within our budget and be high quality. Greg was our project leader. His experience, resourcefulness, and creativity was great. He was easy to work with and even got us easily through the occasional hiccups a 54 year-old house can provide. This was not a small job. We tore down a wall and opened up the main part of the house. The primary bathroom was gutted to make it wheelchair friendly. Wood flooring was added to the majority of the house. We changed some windows. A complete new interior paint job. This had framing, Sheetrock, paint, electrical, plumbing, hvac, trim, and some door work. Kasper has very talented people who did some of the work but their subcontractors were very good. All were professional and experienced. At the end of the day, they all cleaned up. We lived in the house during the remodel with a rowdy golden doodle. The cleanliness was very important especially with me using a wheelchair. We highly recommend Kasper. We would use them again. We have used Kasper for several renovation projects, including an outdoor living room and other exterior renovations, as well as 2 bathrooms. We plan to have them renovate our master bathroom as well. We have been extremely pleased with the level of quality and service. You have a dedicated project manager and designer for your projects. Renovations can be stressful; scratch that, they ARE stressful. But you’re in great hands when you choose Kasper Custom Home Remodeling as your builder. The entire team does a phenomenal job and are experts in their field. From start to finish, attention and care was given to every detail. They were clean, neat and punctual. I loved working with Meagan S. on every aspect of the millwork design. Her knowledge of Crystal Cabinets made it possible for us to truly achieve the customization we were going for in this dream kitchen and family room. Following the design phase, we had the best project manager. Greg P. was nothing but professional and knowledgeable, always communicating with us so there were no surprises. They work with some of the best trades in the industry (love Eddie and Julianna). Of course with all remodels, you never know what you’ll find when you knock down a wall. But you needn’t worry because the team at Kasper is there to trouble shoot and problem solve every step of the way. I would absolutely work with them again.

Kasper is the only company I would use for any work on my house. We have used them for two major home remodel projects over the years and both projects came in with sensible estimates, and were run on time and at or below cost estimates. The team stays in top of the project and has incredible attention to detail. Plus they show progress and track costs along the way in the BuilderTrend app. Five stars doesn’t do them justice. They’re amazing.
