I was hesitate to use them after some of these reviews, but had a friend recommend them and it worked out great. Had some cabinets taken down and the refrigerator cabinet area made large. They took down cabinets and hauled away, and painted area, filled in holes etc. Done very professional. New refrigerator comes Monday. Will use them again.

Like many on here giving reviews....I've been waiting for a call back for an estimate. Nothing. Three phone calls and an email sent..still nothing. I can understand if they're busy or may not want to give us a bid....but customer service is key to a successful business. Let your potential clients know what the issue is. I hope to update this review..one way or the other. So disappointed.

They came over to give last year to give an estimate on a variety of things I wanted done to my home. The salesman was nice and said he would give me an estimate in the next few days. After several calls to the company and being told "he's working on it", I soon realized they didn't want my business.

Have played phone and scheduling tag with this company for several weeks now just trying to get a simple estimate for some stair carpeting. If they ever actually do anything, I will be happy to update my review.

Needed some work done...kind of urgent (facing eviction if the problem isn't taken care of). They came out and gave me a quote, he was a great guy. But after that, nothing. I had the front desk leave him a message, left him a cell message, email. Talked to him once and he said he would call me back with available appointment times but never did. I had a lot of future work that i wanted them to do, but that's out the window now.

I had them come out to get an estimate for a porch and step replacement plus a possible kitchen remodel. I made several calls over the weeks and was told it was in the computer and they would be getting the estimate out to me. A month later I still have not heard from them.

I'm disappointed with their work. I spent $10,000 and put in new copper pipes throughout my whole house and now I have so many leaks that my water bill went from $55 a month to $368 a month. And underneath my house every board is wet and the floors of the entire house have to be replaced. Thank God for home owners insurance!
