Max the boot fitter is absolutely incredible. See this guy for your boot problems!! I went to him in a very very emotional state after having blistered and very sore feet from new boots. He was so kind, he listened to me and got me all sorted with blowing out the toes, heel lifts and new insoles. He stayed late after his shift ended just to sort me out which I am so so grateful for. My boots feel incredible, I have had no pain or rubbing since and the new performance from my boots is great. I have been to at least a dozen boot fitters over my instructing career and he is by far the best! Thank you so much!! Lara

Game changing foot beds. My snowboard boots had a some heel lift in them and the fella's in the shop identified the lack of mobility was the cause of the issue, not the boot itself. They build some thinker insoles that supported my arch and added heel lifts in there which instantly solved the problem. This made these current boots the best Ive ever had. Joey and the cast of characters are a daily visit while in Myoko for either a coffee in the AM, or a beer, toasty and heckle in the afternoon. Thanks crew for making my trip a dream trip.

Got our boards waxed here, done super nicely. Also got a stomp pad for my board here which I love. The cafe does the best toasties and espresso martinis! All the staff here are super great humans - highly recommend.

First day skiing and typical Aussie flat wide feet needed some ski boot width adjustment done. The guys at Joeys certainly know their stuff looking after us and 10 others. Awesome work team Joeys and thanks for sorting me out.

Many thanks and appreciation for Adrian and his patience for helping my wife and I get fitted with snowboard boots and bindings. Not only did he patiently listen to our needs but guided us as newbies through the boot fitting process and provided advice and options. The difference riding on well fitting boots and bindings made the following days on the slopes an amazingly enjoyable experience compared to the ill-fitting boots we were riding with previously. If you are anywhere near Akakura Onsen these guys are amazing and would not hesitate recommending them to anyone to get fitted

Joey was kind and helpful, as well as his teammates. There were a wide variety of snowboards to choose for rental. You are welcomed to ask for advice and swap your gears under demo package. Coffee was also nice. Here is my “racing car”.

Great shop for sure and also a fun place to hangout and meet others who are around. I had a broken front binding strap which cut the riding to half on the day unfortunately though went into Joey's after a recommendation and we went down stairs where they have a 'graveyard' of old stuff which also as the perfect 'spare parts' goto place. After a short while an ideal solution was found and it's good to go and rock solid. The pics are before and after
