A great big thank you to James of JCT. James was very patient with us while helping us choose the right bathroom suite, furniture and accessories for our revamp. Nothing was too much trouble and James was there to help us with any questions or issues we had, taking away a lot of stress. I am very much looking forward to working with James again on our next project.

Really happy with my new bathrooms final result and Peter in the showroom could not do enough for us. Took a lot longer that I expected. I would try not get Wayne's team if you can. My main problem is that the shower cubicle leaks. They have been back 4 times and still it leaks. My husband will now be doing the job to stop it leaking as sick of the plumber coming back and still not fixing the problem.. Only just totally finished the job and began mid August! I would recommend the company but not the plumber!

Awesome bathroom fitted by this company.. My advice deal with Mark in the showroom .. from start to finish he's an absolute pleasure to work with and a great designer.

My fitter 'Danny' was amazing, and paid so much attention to detail..the job was a complete refurbishment and I couldn't be happier with the end result.

Bathroom fitted November 2020. I had to call them back several times to rectify cracked tile leaking sink shower not draining.I'm still left with temperamental shower door that slides back open and grout missing in lots of tiles. Wayne's team did the fitting and I called the shop several times but Karen wasn't very helpful the last time I spoke to them. Due to having a baby I've let it slide but would like to let people know the fitting is not good enough. I am sure they had me labelled as a moaner but in comparison I had a new kitchen in january and I dont have one issue with it. They also overfilled the skip and the skip company refused to pick up without again more phonecalls

The company has changed recently (JCT Interiors). The place was a bit of a mess, it looks like they are making changes to their displays. Staff very pleasant. We did order a lovely new bathroom and the price was great too. Unfortunately the day of fitting did not happen! Not got a clue when it will happen either! Update, lovely bathroom
