I visited this place today to select accessories for kids bathroom. Bad service. The attendent said all are busy with customers. Huge disappointment, we roam in all sections, but no one explained the product. We asked if there is any executive to assist. Even after all customers left, no one attended us. An executive was sitting at reception but she didn’t bother answering or attending.Very bad service as if the company doesn't need customers.

Good initiative by Jaquar. They do not sell products but have display of all models. They even give you quotation with discount which will be honoured by any distributor of Jaquar. Overall good experience.

Service is very bad.
Jaquar give warenty just on paper but at time of any problem they charges big amount. Actually company don't give any warenty or guaranty. Just After 2 month soft closing of WC seat cover not working .

Jaquar is just left with the brand name it is carrying. I have purchased Jaquar lighting, bath fittings, steam and enclosures, which has been a horrible experience. The representatives are only taught how to sweet talk but there commitments are a total failure. Having placed the ordered for lights for over 20 days still haven't received yet, Pritish from the lighting department accepted the order didn't send me the sample photos of the light ordered , then after a week said wrong lights have been received, later committed to deliver within a week though still haven't received the lights delaying the order with no responsibility after repeated reminders and followups stating the urgency.
The steam unit team after multiple site visits wrongly measured the size of the unit resulting in breaking half my bathroom ceiling.
The enclosures team delivered and installed the partitions over 15 days later from the promised date.
BE VERY WATCHFUL AFTER ORDERING WITH THEM, Completely non reliable and horrible experience.

Visited here before 5 days..(i was on simple cloths,sleepers,2 wheeler)no welcoming by person on reception,as he was probably thinking we are not going buy like,, he attended after 5mins when we asked, is there someone who will give information ,he came n gave information about products we asked that too in short.we finalised products so he said its experience centre and they do not sell.i understood n asked him to give quotation for the same.he noted our selected products and told he will whatsapp and email us..i have given number and mail id.but didnot received so again asked he said i will receive it till evening..itane jaldi nahi aata.after 5 days also no quotation /response..This proves prople are juged by how they present themselves..feeling sad for jaguar..will never recommend centre and jaguar products. Must explore other options .

I visited Jaguar Center 15 days back. They promised me to send the quotation for my requirements, but even after so many calls to Mr Pratik Pandey and Mr Rakesh kumar they didn't send me the quotation. Such a reputed brand but very poor response and customer service by its staffs....
