We had four weeks to get our renovations completed before move-in date. This was the first time designing a kitchen as we had always moved into a house that was already renovated. We were completed lost designing our kitchen as well as navigating the IKEA website in regards to the whole Kitchen design application.

When we stepped in with Sandra, she was extremely helpful in asking the critical questions. What I mean by this is questions like, how wide should the space be between island and fridge? How high are the ceilings? What color are your floors? Things that I was not even thinking about. Sandra was extremely helpful in also helping design our kitchen, providing insight on what color made sense, what counter tops we should get, and also making sure that we meet our 4 week deadline.

With that all said and done, Sandra was helpful not only at the beginning stages, but even after payment, she was helpful in tracking the parts and making sure that we were able to get everything done to move into the new house.

We recently moved to Windsor and purchased a home here. We love our house but our kitchen was a disaster and we always knew it would need to be upgraded. My wife and I came in to IKEA for a walk and to do some future planning. Fajr approached us and asked us some questions. She was friendly, professional and so easy to work with. We explained to her what we wanted to do to our kitchen and explained we were just looking to get some ideas for now. She asked for some measurement’s and told us she’d get back to us with some plans and designs that we can look at. The next day Fajr emailed us plans and designs that we immediately fell in love with and they were below our budget. We didnt have to wait for it and we couldn’t after seeing the designs, we had to have that kitchen. Fajr made the whole process way too easy for us and we couldn’t be happier for going into IKEA for a walk. If it wasn’t for her, we would still be sitting on our old kitchen planning for a future reno. Highly recommend going to IKEA to see Fajr!

We had Fajir at the Windsor outlet and she was wonderful, so appreciated her help and support in giving us the kitchen we’ve been dreaming of. It has been a total pleasure working with Sandra R at IKEA Windsor - Plan and Order Point. Sandra is very professional, kind, efficient and knowledgeable on the IKEA products.

My first visit to IKEA Windsor - Plan and Order Point was without an appointment and 20 minutes until closing. Sandra kindly spent time with me to answer my questions and was able design 2 Pax wardrobe units in under 5 minutes. She sent me home with an amazing design, a full print out plan and a big smile. Afterwards, Sandra helped me order both Pax wardrobes and an Idanas bed set. There were two items not in inventory, but never fear; Sandra regularly followed up and successfully found the items for me.

My husband and I had a terrible experience with ikea Windsor. We initially sat down to have conversation about what we were looking for and the employee Fajr was incredibly rude to us. The plan for our kitchen remodel she completely disregarded and claimed it wouldn’t work. She was very snarky, and even told us that it was a waste of our time and money if we could even afford it. Very disappointed, do better ikea.

Fajr designed my kitchen and i came back to have fajr design my wardrobe and she was amazing. I was in a rush to get my wardrobe designed and ordered and fajr made time for me during her break because she was fully booked. She has gone above and beyond for me. Thank you Fajr.
