I have used Home Renovations & Remodeling several times in the last 4 years. Starting small, Jason and crew helped me unclog my kitchen sink after an unfortunate incident with leftover rice. Shortly after, he repaired a bathroom door frame that had gotten wet and swollen. With both of these jobs, he was on time, professional, and his pricing was very fair.

When my wife and I bought a home built in 1970 with original windows, galvanized pipes, and tiny galley-style kitchen, he was my first call. Jason replaced all of the remaining original windows with high quality, energy efficient models- slicing 30% off of my energy bill monthly. He did this job for literally half of the next lowest bid. Several months later, we bit the bullet and embarked on a whole-home re-pipe and kitchen remodel which included removal of an original exterior wall and the rerouting of a 50 year old sewer pipe. His work was wonderful. He didn't push me for things I didn't want or need, and provided guidance and opinions when we needed them.

After meeting with several contractors we chose Home Renovations and Remodeling based on the professionalism, responsiveness and knowledge Jason Bell showed throughout the design and quoting phase of our project. Our vision was to convert our large “ half story” game room into a bed room, media room and adding a full bathroom and hall closet. Though they were not able to start as quick as we wanted, we appreciated his honestly and they did start on the scheduled time frame as quoted. Jason worked with us well as we often added or changed things through the process. His contractors were all very professional and communicated with us when in the home to ensure things were as we wanted. Jason was always quick to respond and to get contractors out if we something required attention. He really made the process easy for us and we will use them again if we ever do any other home remodeling.

We had 2 bathrooms completely remodeled and one had a new tile floor installed by Home Renovations & Remodeling. We are so happy with the finished product! Jason Bell gave us a very complete estimate of the work and helped us with the design of the master bathroom and all of the material selections. The various people that did the work -from the destruction of the old bathrooms, to the tilers, cabinet builders, painter-all were very polite, worked hard and cleaned up every day. Jason was always accessible for questions and kept us apprised about the schedule of the workers. He also checked on the progress regularly. I would definitely recommend this company! We will certainly use them again!
