When my wife and I decided to undertake a major remodeling of our master bathroom in our home in Greenville, North Carolina, we began looking for remodeling contractors in the area. I had been waiting for a couple of months for the installer and contacted another person who kept pushing my date fuaway. I needed to have surgery and was expecting this backsplash to be finished before. I contacted Hancock on a Tuesday, Justin came that Friday to assess the project, on Saturday Mr. Darrell was performing my project the next day on Saturday and completely finished on Sunday. He worked diligently and with such perfection that it was mind boggling.

Although I ended up paying double than the original estimate I received from the first guy, to me it was worth it to have the job completed so that I can now focus on my taxes from last year. Ughhhh

Mike and his team did a phenomenal job for us. They repaired some damaged flooring in our master bath which necessitated replacing the tile in our shower and tub areas as well. They were excellent in their communication as well as professional in taking care of cleaning up each time they were finished for the day. Hancock Home Solutions team was great to work with. Angela was very responsive to all of my emails and questions. The workers arrived as scheduled. The tile backsplash and counter top installers were attentive and perfectionists. They coordinated their work seamlessly with the plumbing crew to get the work done in timely fashion. My counters, sink, faucet, and backsplash were all installed in one day. They even went to Lowes to get new outlets/covers and needed plumbing supplies. Even the initial encounter with Mike was great, as he went out of his way to meet with us the day we showed up at the showroom.
