We were at Pinehurst May3-5 for first camping weekend of the season. We messed up parking a couple of times with people who came for the day but not to stay overnight at our site. The camp workers were SO helpful and kind as they made corrections multiple times to get us used to where we should and shouldn't be. We didn't intend to make their lives difficult, but they were SUPER helpful and patient. We look forward to doing things correctly next time we come to visit! Thank you for making our family weekend a success. Our 'wildlife' enjoyed your wildlife!

These people have become too comfortable sitting on their tush . They all must be fired ! We need people that work here actually to care about our River , more officers need to be hired . Cutting down of trees is out of control, people destroying Canadian Geese nesting by taking vehicles " mudding" , companies polluting the river , if you actually did your jobs you would increase your revenue so you could hire more officers to protect this beautiful resource. Shame on you

We like visiting GRCA parks in all seasons, however customer service and now park services have become worse over the years. Here is a recent example.
Some long awaited snow has arrived a week ago (2024. Jan) and GRCA has not groomed any of the trails for cross county skiing since.
I asked them about trail grooming plans a couple of days ago but they never responded back. (isn't it a reasonable expectation that service providers should respond back queries within a couple of days?) Not to mention that GRCA delay further shorten the anyways not to long cross country season...
Meanwhile price of annual pass has increased from $120 from 2 years ago to $160 this year. I am getting disappointed with GRCA.

Staff is incredibly rude at head office. Don't want to help. Terribly impatient with people English is not there first language. Don't realize they are public servants act like they are a private business. Mp s and mpp s should be notified about how are money is being spent. Parks are fine. Administration building absolutely obnoxious.
