GR Home Renovation

We used GR Home Renovations Inc for a full house renovation. New floors, paint, remove popcorn ceilings, closet doors, lighting, plumbing, full kitchen with raised ceiling, installed new appliances, and 2 bathroom remodel. Every room was touched in our remodel. It was completed on time and on budget. Nick was very responsive and attentive to our request and needs. His team was amazing and work so hard to give us everything we asked for. We are so pleased with their work and service!

We hired GR home renovation to add a bedroom, install French doors, and replace the flooring and baseboards throughout our 2000 sq/ft house. Overall, we were very happy with them and I would recommend them. Russ was super responsive and proactive in his communications, which in my experience is uncommon in the industry and very important when you’re a client. They performed all work as agreed upon and in a timely fashion. In general, we were happy with the quality of craftsmanship. My only complaint is that they could be more diligent in hiring quality subcontractors. They hired a subpar framer who did some sloppy work. He installed a new wall four inches out of place from where the blueprint specified and on top of that it was 5/8 inch out of plumb over 7 feet, which is beyond an acceptable level of error for professional framers. That said, it only created an aesthetic issue, nothing structural or functional. And to their credit, they acknowledged their fault and after some back and forth they agreed to provide me with a credit and make some remedial modifications that I was satisfied with. I used to work in the construction industry, and in my experience there are going to hiccups on any major project. What really matters is how professionally they are dealt with, and they pass that test in my view. In terms of pricing, they were right in line with my estimate and other bids I collected. I will be asking them to bid on a future kitchen renovation we’re planning because we were overall very satisfied with them.

We recently bought a new house which required a full remodeling. We got a few quotes from different contractors but finally chose GR Home Renovation and never regretted! They did a very quality quickly. And what was especially important to us is that the cost was a nice surprise comparing to the other quotes too! We were especially impressed by the quality of the tile installation. We love our new kitchen which we couldn’t even afford with other contractors. Thank you Nick and the rest the folks for your great job!

GR Home Renovation Inc. has done several remodels for us. They have remodeled a couple of our rental properties and our current and previous residence. They are professional and listened to our concerns and needs. They went above and beyond when designing our current kitchen remodel. It came out beautiful! Our next project that they will do for us is our master bathroom. We would certainly recommend Alex and Vasile to anyone who needs any remodeling in their home.
