Was greeted upon arrival and asked how they could assist me. When I explained what I was looking for, they provided a great level of detail and answered all my questions and provided a quote for the work being requested and I made an appointment. When I arrived for the appointment I had further questions regarding the delete that was being performed on my 2019 Ram 3500, changed a few things and was provided an additional estimate for the extra service. I agreed to the terms verbally and when I picked my truck up there was an ever slight difference from the verbal estimate. I am extremely happy with the service and the customer care provided by Goose’s knowledgeable staff and will most certainly go there again when in need. Thanks for the great job, better fuel efficiency and response as advertised!

Well I brought my truck in for some leak checks they told me my rad and thermostat housing were leaking and needed to be replaced, literally were just loose hoses. I went ahead and bought parts to repair the other leaks and they refused to use them even though they're brand new parts. I don't recommend this place and I certainly don't like the idea of them buying the exact same part from the exact same place and marking it up for their profit. Epic fail.

Took my truck here on a recommendation from a few people with suspected injector issues. The customer service was outstanding. Their communication about the issue was great, I knew what was happening through the whole process. They had reasonable suggestions on additional work and finished it all in a timely manner. I felt they consistently considered the cost to me and in the end they saved me over $3000 compared to the dealer. This will be my go to shop from now on and I will highly recommend it to others.

Great service! Always kept me up to date on the status of my truck. When I called, my truck was booked in right away and I would say GOOSE went above and beyond to get my truck repaired. Highly recommend and will be back in the future if I need work done on any of my vehicles.
