What an amazing experience shopping at this location. Raul and Danae were so helpful. The Manager Augustin took his time to answer all our questions and even went above and beyond to walk us to show the different product options. This is almost unheard of. As a manager you can tell he values the customer experience and leads by example. Please use this location. You will not be disappointed.

I would like to recognize SUSANA LEVY, my wife and I were upgrading my childhood home and she truly came through in helping us execute our vision for a modern farmhouse look, SHE IS A STAR!! If you’re looking for someone kind, dependable, knowledgeable, with the added plus of an eye for design, she will not disappoint! We thought we would have to shop around a bit but after a few places we knew she was the one that could help us with all tile inside and out, the staff at this Kendall location is good but we just say Susana is the highlight, we hope you get to benefit from her expertise. Thank you Susana!!!

Unfortunately, my experience at Floor & Decor in Kendall was disappointing. The staff didn’t seem very knowledgeable, and it felt like everyone was lost or unsure about how to assist. After a frustrating visit, we ended up going to the Doral location instead, which was a completely different experience—extremely helpful and professional!

I hope the Kendall location improves its training and customer service because the contrast between the two stores was very noticeable.

We decided to renovate bathroom #1 in our home built in 1994 and needed wall & floor tile. We shopped around Miami but ended up buying from Floor & Décor. There were multiple reasons, but the primary one was dealing with our wonderful designer, Kathy Galaz. From the moment we met her, she was so friendly, professional & knowledgeable in assisting us. She skillfully used her computer app that plugs in all the dimensions and builds a visual look of how the new tile will look in your actual bathroom. She also knew all the miscellaneous items needed to complete the job like spacers, mortar, grout & coloring in correct quantities. The purchase was easy and 2 days later it was ready for pickup with my truck.

The loading dock team was also very courteous. They safely & meticulously loaded my truck with over 1600 lbs. of tile & materials.

I also like their online system that tracks all the goods bought on your account. It allows you to keep track of costs, quantities and provides an excellent check sheet when picking up large orders at the loading dock.

I was very impressed with everything at F&C but have two suggestions to consider for improvement: 1-They need a better communication system for contacting the designer for any follow-up calls. Everything is routed through an antiquated phone system where they page the rep on 2-way radio to pick up a line. Sometimes you don’t get through. 2-The tiles on display are dirty in this huge warehouse...they need “cleaning stations” with cleaning solution & paper towels around the warehouse so all customers can see the tile finish they’re looking at. I’m still giving this business a well-earned 5-star rating, but these few things will really help them be world-class. I will shop here again for bathroom #2. Thank you.

Barbara fue una vendedora espectacular no ayudó en todo su asistencia fue buenísima la primera vez de muchos viajes que hemos hecho acá por que estamos denovelando dos banos. Antes venimos y habien vendedores que un poco apagones para ayudar al cliente. Espero encontrar a Barbara próxima vez que vengamos de compras. Gracias Barbara.

Don't believe what they have on display cause when you open the box they are all different then they won’t take them back cause the box is open.
They have a ton of open boxes which are for sale but wouldn’t take mine back. (See pic below on the left)
Luis the manager was no help and wouldn’t provide me with the corporate number or any help at all then walked away never came back to follow up.
I will never shop at FND and will never recommend this scammer tile shop to anyone.
Take a look at another bad batch the two pics on the right! The display of the 24x24 and the one I am stuck with on my floor for tile (it’s not the lighting look at the pattern.
Take another look at the two discolored tiles from the same batch!
You should sell what you have on display!
Don’t trick costumers!
Once you open a box with the wrong tile you’re stuck! Be careful with these scammers

The best floor store in Miami. I was helped by a very nice guy "Richard". I did not ask for help nor look for help, he saw me struggling picking the right floor for me with my toddler in my arms. Not only he answered my questions but also make sure I had the right product. When I picked the order at the front, a younger guy was nice enough to help me put a long board on my truck, and make sure that my truck was good enough to pick a heavy load. I truly recommend this store. Very nice, the nicest people.
