Highly recommended to hire FCI for all your flooring and carpeting needs! Emilia and her crew were top notch, professional, extremely knowledgeable, prompt, respectful to our home, and price was fair and competitive compared to others we consulted with. To note, Emilia's floor measuring was much faster than other competitors we consulted with! We were looking for speed, affordability, customer service, and quality - with FCI and Emilia, we were able to get all 4!

Just moved recently to Roseville and needed to replace ALL carpeted areas in our 2 story home. Emilia was very patient and spent time to educate us, showcase multiple samples, and even honored our request to provide a few quotes up front. One quote would be officially sent officially and you can always change things up later before submitting your deposit, but this initial gesture to have several quotes was very important to us (as it should be for everyone). For comparison, Home Depot's representative can only officially provide one quote and their price is only locked for "one day!" (Hint: It never is, they'll try to come back for your business later). With Emilia's professionalism and patience, we went with FCI. Once our carpets arrived, FCI's fantastic 2-man team of installers were able to complete our 2 story house project in ONE day. 2 days were scheduled for the process, but thankfully this hardworking team got it all done in one day. This was a huge sigh of relief in a family of 6 (2 of which are toddler). Just make sure you do a thorough walk-through to identify areas of concern as this is quite an investment.

FCI and Emilia can also assist with professional carpet cleaning! Have extra carpet hanging around? FCI can also make custom rugs out of it so they can match your current carpeting. Wonderful!

Emilia and her team are so knowledgeable, respond quickly, and have great craftsmanship of flooring. The mobile show room is amazing. They come to you so that you can see the samples in your home with your decor and lighting. Their products also have great warranties. Highly recommend them!

We had floors replaced in our Master Suite (bedroom, bathroom, closet), Dining room, and 2 bedrooms. Most was carpet, but also had vinyl floors in the master bath. All were replaced with Laminate flooring. Floor Coverings International Roseville made the whole process a fantastic experience.

Emilia was very knowledgeable and helpful, coming out multiple times with samples to help us decide on flooring before we committed to the job. She had fantastic recommendations and gave suggestions to help guide us to the right choice for our house. In addition, she also included new 4" baseboards which not only eliminated the need for repainting walls, but also added an extra high end look to our rooms.

Despite the amount of work, installation only took one day. The install team did a fantastic job with the installation. The crew was professional and respectful and their work was top notch.

Our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom flooring is now completed and stunning! Not only was Flooring Int'l able to obtain and match the flooring by the brand already had installed throughout the rest of the house, but the match and color of the water-resistant flooring transition exceeded our highest expectation. The entire job looks beautiful, and we are really thrilled! I'm not going to lie--It was very hard work moving everything out of rooms and closets, but it turned out to be so well worth it!

We couldn't have hoped for a smoother transaction--nicer people (owner and office manager), relentlessly-hardworking and fast crew who, unbelievably not only didn't take breaks but they didn't even break for lunch throughout. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful. Their cleanup was thorough and quick.

The effort put into our job was beyond successful in every way, and we highly recommend Emilia Navada and her entire staff and crew.

I had a bad experience with this company, December of 2023.
I was referred to them by another handy service. They did not offer me a mobile showroom, I was told to purchase all products myself. They installed transitions crooked, and when I pointed it out, tried to talk me out of fixing it. They did fix it after I insisted that it not be crooked. Then the worker installed the flooring flush to a room that opened into another room, and installed a transition piece that overhung by about an inch into the room nextdoor. Again, rather than acknowledge the error and fixing it, the worker tried to talk me out of it, telling me that people like the floorboards flush but they like the transition piece to overhang into another room, so that there isn't a straight line in the flooring. It was excuse after excuse. They agreed he would come back and fix it, then he was a no show. The owner insisted he was a great and reliable employee and she was so worried, and when they finally came back two days later, he admitted he didn't answer his phone because he was shopping for Christmas gifts. He had flaked out. Then they cut the transition piece too short, and tried to convince me it was so the baseboards would fit, rather than fixing it. But that made no sense, because the flooring was longer, closer to the wall and the transition piece had a gap. Everyone makes mistakes - but when that happens, a business should acknowledge it and fix it rather than trying to talk you into accepting poorly done work. I had a bad experience and would not recommend this company. The service was nothing like as described on their website. First pic circled in yellow shows short transition piece leaving a gap, second pic shows overhanging transition piece not flush with the wall. The second pic with the red line is my mark up, which I had to send to the owner to try to convince her to fix it, when she too appeared to insist it was fine. This one day job took numerous days and texts to get completed. It is an expensive service, which did not appear to be completed by someone with the requisite expertise, or at least not by someone who was willing to fix their errors. We all make mistakes, but what matters is how we address and fix things, especially in a business. This is my home, and I did not want flooring installed with gaps, holes, and crooked pieces, and it was a difficult and unpleasant process getting the errors fixed. The worker was also rude, and called me "sir" with a grin on his face and I am a woman. He was sarcastic and appeared to be intentionally trying to offend me.
