These guys were tasked with assisting Lamb Ford to fix a poorly reconditioned bumper on my 2018 Ford Mustang GT. Listening to Lyle speak about how they approached the problem and what they did to fix the previous body-shop's shoddy repair, immediately told me these guys understand paint... Had my Mustang hit while it was parked, damaged the whole driver's side. Although the shop was busy, I had my car back in 10 days. The panels were perfect, they took the time to make sure all the panel gaps were even all around. The paint blending is flawless, and they did a really nice job detailing the car before I got it back.
The front desk staff were very easy to deal with, and explained everything very well.
The estimator was thorough and professional.
Would definitely recommend Fix Auto Camrose for bringing your baby back to perfection.

I do understand that currently there are supply-chain issues that make part wait times longer for all parts and that Fix Auto can not make parts come any faster.
I appreciate that Fix Auto reached out to me and resolved the issues they could. Lyle was very helpful and understanding.

Fist review...
I have been waiting over 7 months for my vehicle repairs. It is through insurance so they were the only place in town to choose from. I am very disappointed with all interactions I have had with staff and the wait time.
After 6 months in a rental I was eventually given a courtesy vehicle. Unfortunately while waiting for Fix Auto to contact me and give me a courtesy vehicle the rental got a rock chip. They refused to help with payment of the windshield, even though the rental windshield cost at least 500$ more than my vehicle, which they had had over 6 months at that time. On the first courtesy vehicle the passenger side seatbelt did not function properly. They were reluctant to give me another vehicle because I did not want a Fiesta as I usually drive a truck and it would not fit my family. I was offered a different make and model. The new courtesy vehicle has a chip in the windshield and when I noticed and called (as windshields are expensive) they were dismissive and did not get back to me with an answer if they wanted me to come in so they could fill it and it wouldn't cause anymore damage.
In two weeks it will be 8 moths. I am still waiting.

Amazing Service. I am a return customer. I only recommend this place for 10 years now. For all insurance claim, or body work repairs. Amazing service 4 times now over the years. Always made sure I got to work and had a warm loaner vehicle ready to keep me going during mishaps. Great with all insurance providers as well 5*

When i went to pick up my truck, the estimator lied to me about having checked my radiator for a leak, then accused me of damaging the radiator after the estimate was done, and finally ignored, and told to take my truck home.
Never have I been treated so bad!
