France did such a great job with my alterations. They were professionally done and looked like I had just bought them that way. The day I dropped them off was the day she finished them! She was very fast. She also was very kind. I will most definitely be coming back and am so happy to now have someone to go to for all my sewing needs. Thanks France!

France is incredible! I have a 20 year old leather messenger bag that needed a completely new lining. She spent time listening to what I needed, what was important to me - and the timeframe I required. She surpassed all expectations for quality and workmanship, and completed my job far ahead of the provided completion date! Since the cold weather hit I have been wearing the coat which France did such an exquisite job altering for me… and every single time I put it on I admire her impeccable finishing with a rush of gratitude. I am *finally* remembering to post this richly-deserved positive review!! The alterations I requested were not simple; they required some ingenuity on her part, and a willingness to work with some awkward materials. I was fully prepared to be moderately disappointed—but France stunned me. Her combination of machine and hand stitching are undetectable; you’d never know bits were moved, altered, added. And it’s all solidly done; nothing feels like I have to handle it extra-gingerly. Her work was (is) far better than the quality of the coat I gave her to work with. She pulled off a transformation and I could not be more impressed. I will certainly be returning to her with future projects (and she’s a delightful person, too… bonus!)

I’m so excited to leave this review. I put a gnarly tear, that started on the seam under the arm, on this weird textured fabric. I thought my jacket was ruined. Fairly Nimble invited me to drop off at my convenience, and turned the repair around incredibly fast. Better yet, I can’t tell where it was torn! Oddly, I don’t recall which arm. But I picked up my jacket and set about inspecting the work, and I can’t find it! I’d go so far as to say it’s better than new! I can’t tell you how impressed I am with the work done, and I am embarrassed how little I was charged. I’d give a hundred stars if I could. A true professional, with exceptional service, at an unbelievably fair price. What more can you ask for?
