If you decide to do business with Dream Homes, you must insist upon a completion/move-in date be in the contract. WE signed the contract September 2020. Our manufactured home was ready in September 2021, but was only placed on our lot in April 2022. An attached garage was started in May 2022, but as of September 5 2022, it is not yet complete. At the time we signed the contract, we were told that Dream Homes sells 100+ homes each year; we were led to believe that Dream Homes employs multiple sub-contractors working on different homes at one time. They have only 1 general contracting company that builds the foundation and installs the house, and only 1 person who finishes the interior. The general contractor also builds the garage. Since there is no one overseeing the entire process (we were told John Pover does that), there were delays after delays. Every communication with Dream Homes, concerning the multiple delays is met with excuse after excuse, while no work is done for weeks at a time. No wonder it takes Dream Homes 4+ months to completer a simple 2-car garage! And that 1 interior finisher works on 4 houses at a time. No wonder it takes him so long to complete 1 house. Once again, insist on a move-in date, with penalties, if Dream Homes doesn't meet it.

These guys are awesome! My wife and I went in to speak with them. They sat down with us and went over what we needed to do in order to get things rolling on a manufactured house. They have lots of knowledge and experience are are willing to share it. No high pressure, they let the product speak for itself. I only wish they had a few more models on their lot to walk through.

Let the company place 2 units on my property till they were able to prep the property where they were going was told that any damages to my property would be repaired to original or better it's been 8 months now and work is still not complete

Wish they had an establishment store here so you could purchase things. I need steps for my trailer and furnace filters I don't know where to go.
