What a wonderful experience working with D&R Custom Remodeling.

After speaking with several contractors and receiving quotes we decided to go with D&R. Not because they were the lowest priced but how they put us at ease regarding the project and how they freely shared ideas that we would have never thought of.

We completely modified the master bath which included moving drains, waterlines, and expanding the shower. We also updated two additional bathrooms that turned out equally beautiful.

During the remodel we were going to be traveling some but Diego and Raquel kept us up to date on the progress including pictures of the project and phone calls in case of any changes or modification once the demo was complete. You never know what you may find when something has not been touched for a couple of decades.

We did not have a hard timeline, we had other bathrooms we could use and knowing we were not the only project D&R was working on, but considering the amount of work to be completed the project went quickly.

As with any project of this magnitude there will always be a punch list. D&R’s responsiveness was exceptional even if it may have required a couple of visits back to the casa.

Our overall experience was better than we could have expected. Any future remodeling, D&R will be our first call. We will also be recommending them to anyone thinking of updating their home.

I was looking for a company to completely overhaul two full bathrooms. I found D&R Custom Remodeling online and had them bid on my project based on their reviews. I was hesitant to work with an untested company on such a large project that was not based on a referral. D&R Custom Remodeling recently remodeled my bathroom. The entire experience was pleasant and I would not hesitate to encourage others to place confidence with the D & R team.

The tub, tile and appliances were removed to accommodate a shower. The design met a safety need with a slanted floor and handle bar. I appreciated the new drain design because it keeps the water from accumulating on the shower floor. The new hardware also allows me the option to stand or sit. Let's not forget Diego's tile and designs expertise. I potentially made a poor tile selection and Diego helped me to correct the problem. I treasure Diego's gentle and wise communication skills.

The entire team are organized and diligent with each project. They stay on time and budget. And, since I stayed on the premises, I observed how my property was protected and respected at all times.

Raquel keeps every client updated and prompt with billing. She also has wonderful ideas when planning the design . She made a suggestion for a barn door since I didn't have privacy. It ended up being one of my favorite surprises.
