Got the Tonkotsu Ramen and wasn’t disappointed! The broth was incredibly rich, egg cooked well, and the meet was pretty tender. The ordering experience was also seamless as they have a digital self checkout experience which also helps with understanding all of the options available for customizing your recipe. Outdoor seating is available and the overall vibe is great ad a result of being within the eighth street market. Would highly recommend checking this spot out!

Good ramen in this small town.. not the best i have had,but was tasty nevertheless but their brussel sprouts were very tasty.. limited veg options

We always make a point of having a meal at the CO-OP when we're in the northwest corner of Arkansas — first-rate ramen, nice staff who are friendly and courteous, and pleasant low-key atmosphere. It's enjoyable to eat in little booths separate from other diners, with murals on each wall (photos below). And the food couldn't be better. We had spicy tori paitan ramen and spicy miso tonkotsu ramen last evening and both thought our bowls were delicious (photos below).

Enjoyed our first time to CO-OP and will definitely be back! The ramen is just what I needed it to be - flavorful and tasty! The fried chicken bao buns were delicious and loved the pickles on them. The Brussels sprouts left a little something to be desired in my opinion but looking forward to going back and trying the edamame!

Had a delicious meal today at co-op. There are so many options and it is all made to order, so it easy to please everyone. The bonus is the really fantastic art piece when you enter (I didn't take a picture because you need to see it in person to appreciate it) and the moss wall. The staff are friendly and helpful, and our food was delicious!

Used to frequent place when I was in high school and I brought my boyfriend here for a Valentine’s Day lunch. It was SO good and so much better than I remembered. We feasted on the beef ramen, spicy chicken ramen, 2 orders of the crispy Brussels, the cucumbers, 2 baos, and edamame. We had enough for leftovers. We can’t wait to bring friends next time.

Update Oct '24: downgrading. Feel like over time the quality has gone down, especially recently. It used to be a place where, when other stuff around here disappointed, coop would be enjoyable. Most recent trip was particularly bland.

One of the best and most consistent places in town. Great ramen. I go every few weeks..know what to expect and it delivers.

We visited this restaurant during Bentonville restaurant week when they were running some special menu items only during that week. I really liked “Curry Miso Ramen Bowl“. I would return to this restaurant in future to try other items on their menu.
