Ordered over £500 worth of a product, and was sent something completely different and not fit for use. Wasn't even sent a courtesy email to let me know they were sending an alternative.

The refund then took over 2 weeks and i was left in the dark over the holidays about when I would be receiving it. Only saving grace from this whole shambles was Stevie, who was a big help all the way through the process. He's the only reason this review isn't one star.

Great Customer Care: I would definitely Recommend.

I ordered from Ireland and I wanted to make sure my order would not be damaged on the way:
I firstly contacted the customer service and Stevie gave me all the information I needed about the products and company's packaging process.
Then after placing my order I was in touch with Karen who kept me updated about my order all along the way.

The museum boards just arrived, carefully packaged and in perfect conditions. Well Done!

I ordered Primal B60A for outdoor stone consolidation, and they sent me WS24.
When I pointed this out they just told me its what they had in store.
I'd much rather of had an email notifying me of the change so I could cancel the order.
Reluctant to then pay postage on a return, years down the line I still have the unopened and unused WS24 because its useless to me.
