Huge variety of Xeric (low water) plants; come back regularly to see what blooms in various seasons, and to see winter foliage!

Note: lots of people think it is "Zero-scape", as in boring rocks, rather than what Xeric really is: native plants that don't need extra water.

These demo gardens will open your eyes to amazing possibilities!

This is a great place to go to see natural plants in different zones, and to get ideas for your own yard. They do a great job of identifying the different types of plants and have a ton of literature. there are also some great money saving tips for everyday usage in the exhibits in the main building.

This is a magnificent demonstration garden for Pike's Peak area garden ideas and advice. The gardens are examples of moderate to low watering situations. On the top part of gardens are the newest garden examples. Over the years the plantings have matured and offer chances to see how these could look in your yard. Try to view the gardens at different seasons to get the full experience. If there during the week, ask about their garden library and master gardeners for more ideas.

WOW what a refreshing place in today's upside down world. While it was not a crowded day, everyone there, including volunteers that were busy planting., would take the time to answer questions. If they did not know a bush it was "but I will find out right now" Helpful hints, friendly knowledgeable people, and a great walking environment Kudos!!!

Colorado Springs Utilities are the worst people to deal with. I called and asked for 3 additional days to pay my bill and they flat out refused! I explained I was unemployed but I had just found work and poured my heart out to them and they refused to budge or help me in any way. You people suck and are low life! Go ahead and disconnect me. Remember, karma will repay you for your uncaring attitude, especially to a veteran who has fought for your freedom!

Don't use auto pay. It never comes out when they say it should.
