We purchased a couch from this business, and the experience has been nothing but disappointing. During the first delivery, the couch arrived with several black/brown marks and light scratches. We requested an exchange, but during the second delivery, things got even worse.

The delivery team carelessly brought the replacement couch into the house, causing significant damage to our walls (photos attached). Instead of acknowledging their mistake, the delivery crew made an inappropriate comment suggesting we cover the damage with our wall-mounted shoe rack. They also said they'd send a “friend” to fix the damage and spent 15 minutes trying to convince me not to report the incident to the business, fearing they would get in trouble. This level of unprofessionalism was truly shocking.

When I escalated the issue with the company, they showed no empathy and were slow to respond, taking several days to even acknowledge my concerns.

Overall, the service has been unacceptable—starting with the damaged first couch, followed by reckless handling during the second delivery, and ending with unprofessional customer service. I will not be shopping here again and strongly advise others to avoid this business.

Recently, we purchased furniture from this store for our home, and our experience was excellent. We took advantage of the Black Friday deals, and the quality of the furniture is outstanding. What stood out the most was their exceptional customer service, both before and after the purchase. During, the finalization of our order, one of their representatives missed an item on the delivery day. However, the owner personally took charge of the situation and resolved it, even after the payment was completed, which is truly commendable.Unlike many stores that lose interest once they've received payment, the owner personally addressed a misunderstanding and continued to cooperate with us even after the transaction was complete.
I truly appreciate their honesty, integrity, and commitment to their customers. I highly recommend this store, as they have a great selection of inventory, post-purchase cooperation and professional delivery services.
