Good hiking spot. In winter it’s all frozen and in some points slippery. There are 2 main hikes and they are separated one from the other. Both are super easy and very short hikes (around 30 min each). What I didn’t like about the place is that is surrounded by houses and even a fire department. What I look when I do a hike is to connect with the nature and to disconnect with the real life for a while and that’s not possible here when you can here traffic and when you see houses everywhere. There wasn’t any parking or entry fees as far as I know. And at least in the winter there were no people around or in the parking lot. No washrooms in winter, they said there is a portable one but we never found it

Loved this cute gem. It’s a good small-medium sized park with a nice little river. It had a few surprises like wild berries and some mating dragonflies 😆 Plenty of spots to just chill and hang out. There is a charming boardwalk that’s perfect for walking dates. This is definitely going to be a regular spot for me. One thing to note is that parts of the trails are close to the road so you will hear some cars if it’s a busy day. Other than that, it’s just beautiful.

This little gem is a favourite trail for our family and canine Lincoln. The trails are well maintained and the variety of flora and fauna is a delight in every season. We have witnessed it maturing for almost 20 years. There are multiple bridges, a boardwalk and awesome views of the stream. Adorable stop for photographers. Fall colours are spectacular and spring flowers are abundant. Winter makes the boardwalk a little treacherous!

This is such a beautiful place to spend a few hours hiking or bring a picnic lunch, take the dogs for a walk they can swim in the water. A great spot to walk and enjoy nature with nice groomed trails...

It's a very nice park to have a picnic on, take your dog for a walk on the trails around the stream, and it is family friendly. There is also a small water fall and a wooden bridge to cross the stream. There is a few board walks to keep off of the wet lands. Very beautiful. I have been meaning to go back now that everything is greener. I went in March, so there wasn't very many people on the pathways at the time. (More pictures to come.)

Nice place to plan a one day picnic with friends and family. Facilities to do barbecue, fishing etc.
