From start to finish we were very satisfied with the whole process. Salesman came to the house and explained everything in detail along with measuring. Then the primary installer came and double checked the measurements. Approximately 8 weeks later we got a call advising that the windows had arrived and we scheduled an installation date and time. The crew showed up on the date and time as scheduled. From start to finish the installers were here just over 4 hours for 10 windows. Very organized crew. Very professional crew. Everyone had a job, knew their job and did their jobs. They cleaned up nicely after themselves as well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The windows have drastically helped with our utility bills along with stopping the dust from coming in to our home. Thank you so much!

If you need windows this is the way to go! The salesman was top notch was really interested in our needs and not just trying to push a product for a sale. Alls we wanted in the beginning was just a quote since our windows were in pretty bad shape and we had a sliding glass good that was about to fall out of the wall when shut. Just from talking with him we were about 90 percent going to have the work done. Then he showed us the samples of the windows and compared them with a high quality window that you could get at a home improvement store. It was night and day difference in quality and function. They are even available in all kinds of different colors on the outside and inside. We were amazed.
They have somebody come out and measure everything and then have them made for your house. We ended up having a picture window, a sliding patio door and 8 regular windows installed.
The day they were installed I thought there was no way they would be done in a day, but they showed up got to work and were gone in 5 hours. Very professional install. Hauled away all the old windows and walked through all of them to verify function. Cleaned up afterwards.

The experience I have had with Climate Shield has been nothing but a success. Every individual person starting with a person that knocked on my front door to the salesman all the way to the installation blew my shoes off. Everyone was very professional, willing to answer any questions I had and was knowledgeable in all aspects. I would refer them to anyone. In fact, I told my parents about this company who own rental homes and are in fact going to get some themselves. The quality is the best that I’ve seen, and the demonstration from the salesman will prove it. Hats off to the owner for having such a great staff. I appreciate everything they have done for me and will be referring them in the future.

I love my new windows! I live in a 1950s home and needed custom made windows. They were still done in the 5-6 week period and installed. The process was so easy. Climate Shield staff contacted and/or arrived at appointments as arranged. The office staff were friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful experience and I’ll be ordering more in the future.

It was a great experience dealing with Climate Shield for our new windows. We live in an old farm house and the 4 windows on the north side of our house were in terrible shape. Climate Shield was able to come and measure for our replacement windows and install them within 6 weeks, which was impressive. The installers were professional and had our 5 windows installed in one day. They were professional and courteous. We had quotes from a few other companies and we are happy with the choice that we made. We choose triple pane windows that have made a drastic improvement in the comfort of our home.
