I ordered an office chair from Matt on a social media platform. He was prompt to reply and answered all my enquires. My purchase was handled professionally and I was updated with a delivery date soon after. The company has their own delivery team, my chair came on time and the staff was pleasant and helpful too.

My chair is great as expected, in almost new condition. I’m happy with the saving I have made buying from City Used Office Furniture. Highly recommended.

If you are looking to turn a room in your property into an office space or studio then you need a company that can provide expert advice, listen to your questions, put the customer first and then go the extra mile if needed.

When I walked into the Warrington branch I had no idea what to expect....surrounded by so many choices and options, it was confusing until the wonderful Matt, after giving me some time to browse, politely asked if I needed any help.

I was struck by his confidence, knowledge and warmth. He has incredible patience, communication skills and empathy. In addition Matt processed a keen ability to judge my specific needs and meet them with ease.

I was impressed with the condition and quality of the items; some basic and solid others more funky and contemporary in style.
Matt was able to suggest two well made tables to fit my room. He also recommended and demonstrated a range of chairs. He focused on value for money, build quality and long term comfort. My decision was made so much easier this way.

It strikes me that getting the proper face to face advice makes all the difference and is a far better option than choosing a product online, or from a large, soulless company which involves a great deal of marching around with a yellow bag in your hand. The difference in service and quality is deeply apparent.

A company is only as good as the dedicated and enthusiastic people who represent it and it speaks highly of this one that they are able to appoint and retain staff of Matt's calibre. He is an asset that should be cherished.

I opted to purchase my tables and chairs before I moved into a new apartment. However, due to unforseen circumstances things got delayed and this is where the real test of customer service lies.

Matt showed extreme patience and understanding with me during this delay. I am indebted to the pragmatism and flexibility he afforded to me, and as I sit typing this review on my new chair (it looks brand new to me) and also at one of the two desks Matt recommended I am reminded that traditional values in retail are still alive and kicking.

Should I ever need to add anything else to my home office space I will always remain loyal to this outstanding company and highly recommend them to others.

If you are considering a similar 'home improvement' know that you will be treated as the most important person in the shop at that time regardless of your budget. You will be able to draw on years of tangible experience and ultimately end up with furniture built to last and built to serve your needs.

Matt, thank you so much for all your support and great kindness. It means a great deal to me, especially during a stressful period in my life. You made a real difference.

I would also like to thank the lovely chap who carefully and punctually delivered and set everything up. Another example of how this company are passionate about providing peerless customer service.

I ordered a desk and pedestal and received the quote immediately from Matt. I proceeded with payment and a delivery date was provided for the following week. The driver called me an hour before he was due to arrive at my property. I paid the extra for the desk to be assembled in an upstairs room. The driver was extremely polite and efficient and assembled the desk within 20 minutes whilst I carried on working downstairs. I am delighted with the condition of the items which are like new in my opinion. I would highly recommend City Used Office Furniture.
