I had an exceptional experience at Chopt! The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. They were attentive, professional, and efficient, even during a busy lunch hour. My salad was fresh, delicious, and customized exactly how I wanted. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority here. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending Chopt to my friends and family. Keep up the great work!

Eating a fancy salad is what drives me to come into the office 3x a week like my boss requires. This location is great and even though there is sometimes a line, it goes fast and you’re out in 10 min with a healthy lunch. I always have a modification to my salads and they get it right every time. Only downsides are waiting in line with midtown types and occasionally they have mixed the fried onion bits with the bacon bits, which would scandalize me if I were vegetarian. It’s wheelchair accessible but the door is very heavy and hard to open alone.

The menu says 2.99 to add chicken to salad.
Checkout says 3.49. Cashier says it's taxed. I said tax has its own line item. So you're charging tax twice like domino's? She was lost for words.

The bigger issue the customers before me got 2 scoops of chicken I got one scoop.

Time 2:10 PM today check your cameras.

I won't be coming back this is the second time I smaller portion size than other customers that don't look like me.

Super inconsistent online ordering results.

First time I ordered a salad with dressing mixed in. I selected heavy on the dressing and I got a salad with more dressing than I’ve ever seen in my life. Literally looked more like a casserole or something than a salad. I’m a fiend for dressing and I could barely stomach it.

So today I ordered the same salad and selected regular on the dressing. I’m at my desk eating a salad with the *least* amount of dressing I’ve ever seen in my life. I’m not even sure they put any in.

I am at a loss as to what to do for the next order, to just get a “normal” amount of dressing.

I’m tired of their inconsistency. If I go to sweetgreen, I only need to say once that I want a regular standard harvest bowl and Ill get the same taste every time, but at chopt, I need to say I want the grain that comes in the regular bowl, the vinaigrette dressing that comes in the regular bowl, the regular amount of dressing that comes in the regular bowl. They have given me bowls that barely had any dressing or drenched in dressing, which were basically not edible. I just want a standard bowl with the default settings.

Pretty good salads but you guys gotta fix your online ordering system so we don't get text messages that salads are ready and then wait 20 minutes to pick them up. It happens all the time
