2-1/2 years ago I asked the owner Dan to repair anything on the siding of my mobile home and paint. I thought that all repairs were done correctly. Now the back of my garage shows lots of long term dry rot ( more than 5 years)and the paint is cracking between siding sheets. He will not take responsibility. He blames it on prior work and never told me prior work might be a problem. Even his employee told me the work was not to their standards. Be careful before using this company. There is a reason that the prices seem reasonable.

Other companies I called for re-leveling were $800+ and months out for service, I called this place on a Wednesday and had an appointment set for that following Monday. Very fair pricing, even for coming all the way up to Foresthill. Brian and his assistant Jack were very professional and nice, they were quick and clean, and the inspection was thorough. My floors definitely feel more sturdy, will definitely be using these guys for future repairs and will be referring them to all of my neighbors.

I called to get my house releveled & while they technically did the job the person (only one person was sent out) failed to notify me that my footings were very rotted to the point where you could touch them & the area you touched would crumble like if it was sand. Took the case to license board & was notified that the contract was solid. Waste of money & time as the other task I asked them to take care of they weren't interested in doing. They don't want to do work.

I received an estimate for a bathroom remodel on my mobile home that had one total number (over $17,000) with no detail just a total amount. When I asked her to break it down for me into component amounts, she never responded back. I emailed and called several times to get the information and no response was given.
