We picked Bull Run to do a full kitchen renovation and we are totally satisfied with the results. From the first contact, we trusted Charlie for the many excellent ideas he came up, his good taste and his attention to details. He is experienced, knowledgeable and the team, lead by John, is very professional in the execution of the work that was completed on time as promised! The result exceeded our expectations for both the look - absolutely beautiful- and the practicality of the space overall. We highly recommend this company as they are reliable, kind and trustworthy!

Our 1960's kitchen needed major upgrade. It had original cabinets dissecting kitchen in half and making it dark even during the day time, sagging floors with vinyl sheet, and dilapidated windows without much insulation. From a few companies recommended to me, we decided on Bull Run. I am so happy with our choice.

1. Design process.
From the beginning, Charlie came prepared, measuring and checking kitchen. He listened to my requirements, dislikes and likes, and gave me expert suggestions. His design options were all great fully reflecting my concerns as well. We landed on a final design after a few, minor corrections. Whole process was efficient and painless.

2. Choosing materials.
Bull Run had a showroom that I could chose everything in house. Options and quality were great. Our budget allowed me to chose middle grade materials and I am happy with them.
One thing I appreciated the most was how Charlie gently steered me to the right choices. He didn't dismiss my initial ideas, but showed different combinations using accent color that could go well with the rest of the house. It turned out fantastic.

3. Remodeling process.
As painful as it was not being able to use kitchen for a while, the whole process went rather fast and smooth. As the project manager (John, he was great) promised, we could use kitchen in 3 weeks. Rest of the work took a little longer due to city inspection delay and some back order materials, but not too far off from the initial time frame. Workers were diligent and courteous.

There were couple of problems due to miscommunications during construction. I would have been more clear about certain things. But they went way above and beyond to accommodate me.

4. Price.
I would not say they are the cheapest, but they are on par with other builders. The quality and the workmanship are excellent.

5. Overall impression.
I am extremely happy with the result. Our kitchen is light, bright, modern looking and very functional with ample cabinet space and convenient drawer design. I highly recommend Bull Run.
