We had an exceptional experience with Brentwood Flooring in Cary. My husband and I knew we wanted to update our primary bedroom/closet carpet, however, with 3 kids and a dog we were clueless about what we needed. We knew we needed something durable, but we wanted to make sure we didn’t compromise on aesthetic.

When we went into the showroom, David took ample time to show us our options and go over the pros and cons of each. By the time we left their store that day with our sample colors, we felt excited and confident in our choice. The turnaround was extremely quick and the entire process was easy and efficient. Thank you to David and the entire Brentwood team for helping us with this process and making sure we found a solution that fit within our budget. We will definitely be using them for all of our future flooring needs!

Wes was every bit as good as our neighbors said!! We signed a contract for the installation of almost 1300 sf of premium carpet! He was great to work with… whether gathering the details at our home, asking good questions, answering ours well, quickly coming up with an estimate that would work, patiently working with us on carpet types and colors, padding, or getting samples for us. Wes made it easy to make the decision to go with Brentwood. The installation went very smoothly! It was well organized, expertly done, with no follow up required!! We just want everyone to know how great their customer service was and how well the one-day installation was done, despite some heavy furniture moving and kindly taking care of a few squeaks!! Great customer service in the Cary store by Angie! Ray and Kevin installed our LVP flooring on the third floor and it looks amazing! They were detailed and left my home very clean. It’s important to choose professionals to make sure the installation is done properly.

We can't thank Wes Newsome enough for his help! We changed our minds time and time again as we read different opinions online as to what to do after removing carpet from our upstairs and stairway. He never complained as we flipped from LPV to laminate to carpet and back to LPV. We even changed our mind on if we wanted to include the hallway bathroom and whether we wanted carpet on the steps or not. He was so willing to help us decide on what we really wanted even though it meant a lot of hassle for him. Deanna was also so wonderful to work with in the showroom! We highly recommend Wes and Deanna!

Starting with our search for flooring, Brentwood Carpets rose to the top with their wide selection of products. Wes was very knowledgeable and was a great help in our selection. He was very patient with us as we navigated our selection. There was a slight delay in the installation scheduling due to illness, but the timing worked well for us. The LVP installers Marios and Caeser were fantastic! They were very respectful and did a wonderful job. No complaints at all. We now have an upstairs with beautiful "wood" floors, and we have Brentwood Carpets to thank.
