She kept us informed on every step of the order and delivery process, checked in during the actual installation, and quickly addressed any issues that came up. Incredibly professional and personable, we love Melissa so much that we have engaged her again to design our master bath remodel, and never considered going with anyone else. We recently completed a total kitchen remodel and used BKC for our design and cabinets. We are thrilled with how our kitchen turned out! Jennie was recommended by a friend and we cliqued instantly. She took her time getting a feel for our space and listened to what we wanted while at the same time giving her professional opinion. We don't have a huge space and are limited by walls and windows but Jennie was able to give us two different designs after she met with us and updated these designs each time we requested changes. We are visual people and seeing renderings was very helpful. Once we found a design we liked, we were able to order appliances and then cabinets. Jennie was up front about the lengthy production timeline for cabinets and fortunately there was no delay. We had a few items that were missing, damaged or produced incorrectly by the cabinet manufacturer but none of these caused a delay in installation. We appreciated that our contractor, his installer and Jennie had a great working relationship because we did not have to micro-manage any of the project. Jennie returned emails and phone calls promptly and that is something I always appreciate. Also, once the big decisions were out of the way, Jennie helped me with small items like cabinet hardware, floating shelves and lighting. I find those small details overwhelming and it was really nice to have Jennie's input. We will be using BKC when it comes time to update our bathrooms and I have given out Jennie's contact info to many friends. We are just so happy with our beautiful kitchen!

I reached out to Melissa Lindsey at BKC because she was highly recommended by a mutual friend. Little did I know how life changing something as simple as a couple new cabinets could be. I live in a smaller condo style home where storage has been an issue for the last 4 yrs. I searched tons of online stores for months and never found exactly what I was looking for. Cue Melissa! She came over, took measurements, showed me samples of all the materials, discussed options for hardware, hinges, functionality and more. To be fair - anything was better than nothing so I was game for any ideas or suggestions. She took my 'wants' and came back with a very simple but highly functional design for my space. She clearly explained the timeline and the cabinets were delivered (with extreme care!) on time. These 2 new cabinets helped completely refresh my space. I have SO much storage and I love how it matches with my existing cabinetry.
