Started with taking forever for the sales person (a young Indian fellow) to get our order that we paid good money for because he was busy trying to get a commission off another customer (even though I was there first).. he told us he was getting our order, so we were waiting outside in the freezing cold for about 20 minutes, went back in to see him with customers that came in after us, he apologized and said he was helping other customers, again we were there first and our order was already paid for..
Brought it home (kept it safe until we were ready to build, bought ahead of time for a new build).
Bought the black vanity and matching black linen closet with the gold swirls..they are very Poorly packaged, had grease marks all over and littered with scratches because there was nothing in between the boards and they were rubbing on each other, the vanity is missing a plastic insert for part (A), some screw dowel thing (3rd pic), and to cap it all off, the beautiful pattern that we bought it for has been put on the inside of the vanity doors and the outside is plain!!(last 2 pics shows the inside and outside vanity doors).. won't be buying anything here again.. posted a couple pics to get an idea

We just finished our basement bathroom renovation and wanted to thank Amberlyn, Joel and Stephanie for all their help and advice during the process which made the renovations a lot easier for me. We are a first time shopper at Bath Depot. Thank you Thank you Joel. From the minute we walked in to the time of our order and delivery we were very pleased. It was probably the fastest we have chosen items for a house. As it was a major renovation, Joel guided us through the process, from choosing just the right vanity, adding some color, the right taps and our new shower. We got a FOG free mirror with different light options which looks amazing. The fan has blue tooth and you can change the color of the light. Its so nice to listen to music in the shower. Everything is installed but we have some finishing touches for the brick wall that we uncovered and decided to keep. But imagine raw edge wood shelves and custom frame around the edges. So glad we went to Bath Depot for the personal service and also how great Joel was with advice. Thanks again!!!!

Customer service is first class. Was very impressed how quickly I receive my products. I ordered on Monday and received it on Friday like they told me. Very happy with the quality of their products. Glass shower door was very high-quality. They have very nice displays, so the customer can see exactly what they will be getting. What a great team and great selection of items. We just walked in to look and ended up purchasing 3 light fixtures that day. Quick delivery to store for pickup. Then we ordered another fixture for our kitchen, the following week. Just Awesome. The old "before" bulky soft kitchen light compared to the "new sleeker design", very bright and dimmable. I'm going to get rid of the power line along the ceiling. I put this up temporarily to get a better look at the set up and brightness. The new light takes up much less room and opens up our kitchen, rather than the OLD bulky fixture. I recommend "Windsor's Bath Depot for your next purchase. Great Customer service as well.

Could not be more pleased with my experience at Bath Depot in Windsor.

We ended up going with a vanity, linen cabinet, medicine cabinet combo from the Braxton collection, with a quartz countertop.

Throughout the whole process, we dealt with (almost) everyone in the store at one point or another, and when I say that every single person was equally as helpful I mean it! Stephanie, Joel, Amber, and anyone else that I spoke with when going in the store or over the phone were so eager to help. They followed up, made sure delivery was on schedule, helped us to take advantage of sale prices when possible, and seamlessly helped us return a minor faulty part to get the project completed.

I highly recommend you check out this store and speak with their team if you are looking for bathroom fixtures!
